iFS and Related MFS Treaty Combined into One Treaty

         iFS or imlay Family Society and MFS or                         Missouri Family Society Treaty of 2018

     Whereas, The iFS and the MFS Treaty is a Sovereign Treaty of declared Sovereigns of the united States of America and include the Republic of Missouri in its design. The iFS and MFS is comprised of human beings of like minds working together to bring about a New World Order of Voices of members to be heard on a worldwide basis. The World, in total and general, shall take notice of the voices of the iFS and MFS Treaty and recognize those voices as Sovereigns.

     Whereas, a Sovereign is defined as a human being, who is a breathing, thinking, and decision making individual, entitled to make their own decisions about their own lives and their immediate families. No other human being, corporation, legal/lawful entity, or Contract created entity shall interfere with the decision making abilities and follow through of any declared Sovereign of the iFS/MFS.

     Whereas, a Contract Created Entity is defined as any organization, including Corporations or governments, with a contractual agreement,  including the Five (5) elements of the contract required as per Law of Contract. The Five elements required include: The purpose of Contract, specifically named parties of the Contract, Consideration or agreements of all parties to the Contract, the time period required for completion of the contract, and signatures of all parties affixed to the end of the Contract. Any lack of the Five elements of the Contract does not constitute a lawful Contract, thus making the Contract null and void.

      Whereas, the iFS and MFS are societies created for the good and well being of all men, women, and children, especially to those human beings comprising the iFS and the MFS  membership. All members of the iFS and MFS communities are entitled to full protection of their Right to Sovereignty, under the umbrella of the iFS and MFS and those Rights are to be enforced by the members of the iFS and MFS communities, by using any means available, including defensive extreme force, if need be. All encroachment and Trespass by any foreign entity of the iFS and MFS Treaty shall be repelled with extreme force, if needed, and all family trees associated with the condemned encroachment and/or Trespass shall be liable for all damages and shall pay a fine of not less than 50,000 credits, whether electronic or by script, for reparation for damages, for each individual and incident committed. Corporations or Contract created entities, hiring these individuals, shall be liable for 500,000 credits or script fine for Reparation of Damages, in accordance to the crimes committed by their Contracted employees.

     Whereas, Extreme Defensive Force is defined as force used, equivalent to or exceeding the force used by any foreign entity to commit their act of encroachment or Trespass against the iFS and MFS Treaty and of its members. All Corporations and Contract created entities shall be liable for any and all damages incurred from those criminal actions.

     Whereas, Corporations are defined as a dead wood business for any monetary compensation, created under the Law of Contract, or are any governments creating any Law, using dead wood procedures and for monetary compensation, by use of any elected Legislator or any type of law maker, and which Law contains any vague definitions within it. Legislative Law, Statutes, and ordinances fall under the jurisdiction of Law of Contract and must follow suit for the required elements comprising that Law under the Law of Contract. No Law created by any Legislator or law maker is enforceable within the Boundaries of the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018, and thus NOT enforceable against any member of the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018, without that member's expressed written permission. Coercion and force used to gain signatures of Contracts or Law, makes the Contract or Law null and void. The voice of the Sovereign shall take precedence over any voice of any slave notated servant of the people, in any court proceeding. The Servant shall not have a Sovereign voice.

     Whereas, All Sovereigns, of the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018, are declared Diplomats and are entitled to Diplomatic Immunity, no matter where those Sovereigns travel or walk. iFS and MFS Diplomats shall be awarded the full protection of Sovereignty and Diplomatic Immunity by their arrival into any country of the World.

     Whereas, the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018 creates its own Judicial system within its boundaries and is subject to NO foreign judicial systems of any foreign entities to the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018. The Judicial System of the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018 shall be comprised of three (3) appointed Judges ( a Tribunal) by the membership of the iFS and MFS community. These three Judges shall be Sovereigns of the iFS and MFS community and shall have decision making abilities to determine the reparation fines to be issued. 

     Whereas,The defendant has the opportunity for appeal, but that defendant is limited to appealing to the International Criminal Court (ICC) located in The Hague, Netherlands. Since the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018 is an international treaty, the Judicial System is the final determining factor of the iFS and MFS communities, and then must be appealed to the international level of the Judiciary, hence the ICC. All decisions of the iFS and MFS Judicial Tribunal require reparations for damages to be paid at the nominal rate, on demand, and any appeals to the ICC requires the fine to rise to ten (10) times the nominal rate for said reparations, also on demand. All reparation fines apply to defendants and the Corporations those defendants work for under Contract. (example: Tribunal = 50,000 for individuals; 500,000 for the Corporations they work for under Contract; Appeals = 500,000 for individuals, and 5,000,000 for the Corporations they work for under Contract) Corporations and governments shall have the option to provide tax free land, without any encumbrances, in lieu of fines, and shall allot that land to the iFS and MFS Trust, now created under the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018.

     Whereas, the law enforcement of the iFS and MFS community shall reside within the boundaries of the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018 and shall be administered by any armed member of the iFS and MFS community. All members of the iFS and MFS community shall have the opportunity to be armed and carry arms at all times, if they so desire. It shall be the duty of every member of the iFS and MFS community to protect the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018 and its boundaries, at all times, from any foreign entity encroaching upon or Trespassing those boundaries.

      Whereas, Public Law Enforcement is defined as any human being, who is contractually a member of any organization that claims law enforcement status,  who has knowledge of their authority of enforcing Laws, created by authorized law makers, elected by their Sovereign Bosses, for example: the American People, and are bound by contract to enforce the Laws exactly and only as it is written, shall be known as a direct part of the Law Enforcement Community. This Law Enforcement Community is bound by their own internal rules and regulations created by their founders. (called and defined as its "Law Enforcement BOX") Whereas, any Law Enforcement person shall have the opportunity to operate outside their own box, by contracting with a private human being to enforce the laws created by that private human being, who holds Sovereign status, and are thus, bound by the contract then created. Any enforcement of any Laws, not created by private contract, shall be determined to be damage to any human being of Sovereign Status. 

      Whereas: let it be known that all public servants of government, corporations, or any other organization, created by contract, shall give up their Sovereign status and become a Slave to the organization that holds their contract. Public Servants are defined as human beings, without Sovereign Status, contracted to doing business for private or public organizations, such as government, whether Federal, State, County or local, and organizations whether private or public. Public Servants can only recover their Sovereign Status by stepping out of their Contracted Boxes and resuming their private lives. Public Servants are defined too, as registered members of public government and organizations, and retain NO Sovereign Status so long as they remain employed to do the bidding of those governments or organizations. No Public Servant has authority to control or coerce any Sovereign Boss to give up their Sovereign Status at any time.

     Whereas, the Law of Fairness shall be the basis and fundamental law for the iFS and MFS community and for the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018. The Law of Fairness, created in 2011, shall be appended to the end of the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018 and notated as Amendment 1. The Law of Fairness gives the greater scope of how the iFS and MFS Treaty of 2018 shall work, from this time forward and into the future.

     Whereas, this Treaty is created by my hand and with my mind as a Sovereign. This document will be signed as c. david imlay in Missouri Republic.

Amendment 1

The Law of Fairness

INTRODUCTION: 

The core essence of human life is the right of Self-determination. No government, government entity, individual, or group, including any and all religious doctrine has the right to determine how an individual should live his or her life; as long as, the individual’s actions are in accordance with the Law of Fairness and the Laws of Nature. No individual, group, government or government entity has the right or authority to impose their will through the use of deception, threat of deception, threat of force, fraud, coercion, threat of initiated force or initiated force on any individual who has reached the age of reasoning.*

The right of self -determination includes any and all choices that encompass the liberty and freedom of the individual to determine how said individual will procure income, real property, worldly possessions, choice of social compact and happiness; as long as, said individual is abiding by the Law of Fairness and the Laws of Nature.


Stipulation 1: Any individual, group, or government using deception, threat of deception, fraud, coercion, threat of initiated force, or initiatory force upon another individual, group, government, social compact, or their property or contracts is violating the Law of Fairness and such actions are strictly prohibited.


Stipulation 2: Any individual, group, government or government entity not abiding by the Law of Fairness will be subject to corrective measures according to the depth and scope of the infringement as adjudicated by the governing body whose jurisdiction includes the location where the infringement occurred. Use of force is justifiable ONLY in the event of the violation of the Law of Fairness, including violation of Stipulation 1, by any individual, group, or government or government entity.


Stipulation 3: There shall be no exceptions to Stipulations 1 and 2.* Age of Reasoning When an individual believes that he or she has reached the age of reasoning, that individual can formally express his or her intent to pursue his or her right to self-determination within the community, and accept full responsibility for their actions -- under the Law of Fairness. At the moment of the acceptance by the community, the expression will be considered recognized.

BOSSES AND SLAVES AND DEFINED DEMOCRACY !!!

Who are the BOSSES? Who are the SLAVES? AND What is Defined Democracy? What you do not understand will shake you to your core, and you will find it really hard to bring this reality into your life, as you know it. Many of the SLAVES, that I will point out to you, will try to get you to believe, that they are not SLAVES to anyone or the DEMOCRACY. PLUS those SLAVES will use FORCE to make you follow what they say. I will put this in perspective at the end of this dissertation or Blog in how it relates to you personally.

First, lets define BOSS or BOSSES. The BOSS is the one in a corporate setting, the owner, the DECIDER, the manipulator, a SOVEREIGN, and the main one in control. Does anyone have a problem with this definition?

The BOSS does not answer to anyone else. He or she make all the decisions in every situation, (in his or her world) thus the BOSS is a DECIDER. The BOSS has SLAVES below him or her on his or her food chain, so to speak, thus he or she is a manipulator.  Since the BOSS does not answer to anyone and makes his or her own decisions in all situations, within his or her own world, and anyone entering into that BOSS's world to do his her bidding, is his or her SLAVE, thus making him or her a SOVEREIGN (THE DECIDER). The BOSS or SOVEREIGN is in control of his or her world and enforces his or her rules onto anyone who decides to volunteer to enter that BOSS's world, and have that BOSS make his or her decisions for them.

The BOSS only rules in his or her own world and now must make agreements with neighboring BOSSES of their own worlds around him. Every world has its own BOSS, and each BOSS can not or should not cross their own boundaries that they set by placing their own rules in place in their world, "without permission" of every BOSS around them. The separate BOSSES make gentlemen agreements between themselves, so they  do not violate other BOSS's rules, they have placed in their jurisdictions. (or worlds, so to speak) The gentleman's agreement is bound by word of honor and a handshake and then becomes sacred only to those who make those agreements. That agreement does not allow those BOSSES to cross any other BOSS's boundaries at any time, if they are not a part of that original agreement.

Now BOSSES can become SLAVES to all the other BOSSES of specific boundaries, BUT those BOSS/SLAVES must volunteer to become SLAVES. Those BOSSES can not be forced to become SLAVES prior to volunteering. Once a BOSS volunteers to become a SLAVE, then he or she agrees to follow the rules set out by the other BOSSES of that region. NO SLAVE can tell a BOSS or force a BOSS to do anything that SLAVE desires. The BOSS is the DECIDER not the SLAVE, as the SLAVE gave up his RIGHT to decide once he volunteered and got placed by those BOSS or BOSSES.

Not everyone is a SLAVE and can not be forced to become a SLAVE by anyone, even by someone else hired by a BOSS or a DEAD ENTITY, created by contract of a BOSS. The created DEAD ENTITY can ONLY operate within the world of the BOSS who created it.

Cities, States, and Countries are all DEAD ENTITIES created on paper, through a contract, by a BOSS or group of BOSSES, and each of these dead  entities MUST be put into a BOX and kept there, so it does not cross boundaries of other SOVEREIGN BOSSES. When that entity leaves its box and crosses the boundaries of even one other BOSS, then it has violated EVERY gentleman agreement established by that one BOSS, with every BOSS, he or she has an honored agreement with. In essence, this is an example of one BOSS or one group of BOSSES trying to force other BOSSES around them to become their SLAVES, by allowing their created entity to leave its box, and cross boundaries, it does not have permission to do, by the BOSSES surrounding that box, the entity is supposed to be contained in.

In true form, all BOSSES that are SOVEREIGN DECIDERS have all the power to protect their own world by any means available to them. Any BOSS, that crosses those boundaries without specific permission of the gentleman's agreement made between BOSSES, becomes a SLAVE to the BOSS, whose boundary, he or she just crossed. That offending BOSS has dishonored all agreements made with that unlawful trespass and is bound as a SLAVE to the BOSS, he or she offended, and can be punished, even by loss of life, for not following strict rules set up by the original BOSS.

Let's break this down into a form which can be understood by even a first grader. Are you a DECIDER? Do you make your own decisions? Are you the head of your household and make the decisions for your household? (your world in other words) When do your kids become DECIDERS? Are there more than one DECIDER in your household? Do you have a gentleman's agreement with any other DECIDER in your household, so that no one offends the other? Who holds the power in all respects?

On this breakdown, First, You are you, and no one makes decisions for you. ONLY you have that power. You are your own DECIDER. No one else thinks like you. As a DECIDER, you are SOVEREIGN, and no one can take that from you, except you. You make your own decisions, and you decide if you are to become a SLAVE to anyone else and follow what they tell you. When you give up making ALL decisions for yourself, then you become a SLAVE to anyone else, who makes your decisions for you. You volunteered all of your power to that one you follow.

Are you the head of your household? Do you make all the decisions made within your house, or do you share those decisions being made with someone else, such as your significant other or spouse? If you share even one decision made in your house, then you have made a gentleman's agreement with that other person. You retain your own decision making power but share other decisions with others in your house. ONLY DECIDERS living in your house 24/7 can make any decisions in that world. No one outside your house that does not live there, can not make any decisions about you or your family, at any time. That is your or any other DECIDER's job, and you or they must take responsibility for that job.

When do your children, within your home, become DECIDERS? When you stop and listen to your children and give any  type of consideration to their communication for that family life, the children then become a DECIDER, albeit it may be a limited decision. That can happen from the age of 5 to age 13 with limited decision making power. That limited decision making ability can be extended a little at a time from the age of 13 until 18, at which time, once they reach that top age, then those children make their own decisions, and then need to move out, so their decisions become all their own and not subdued by their parent's decisions, while they still live there.

Here is where BLOOD is one decider, that no one else can take away. BLOOD relations and decisions is a customary situation, where no one, who is not related by BLOOD, can make any decisions about what goes on between any one within the family stature. That is the most sacred of all laws of nature. All violations of rules set up by family customary law within the family, is handled by ONLY those related by BLOOD of the family. Any decision made and forced upon that family by anyone outside that family is criminal trespass and is handled by the family that was offended by that trespass. When one member of that family is offended, it offends the rest of the members of that family.

Adoption is the only other method where an outsider has BLOOD relations with the family that adopted them. Adoption does not allow that adopted one's blood member family to enter into any decisions made within the family structure of that adopted one's new family. 

Family is all power in all essence. All power flows outward away from the family, and no power may be exerted back into that family structure by anyone outside of that family. 

When that family assists to create governments, whether local, county, State, or  Federal, then that family power is exerted outwardly all the way to Federal and beyond. The only power exerted by the Federal government is outwardly to other governments outside the borders of this country. No Federal power can be exerted back onto the States, as the State governments created the Federal government. State government can exert its power only to the County and Local governing agencies and NEVER back onto the people who inhabit or live in them. County officials can ONLY exert their power back onto Local governments. Local governments can only exert their power back onto itself and no farther. None of these governments have authority over any Family at any time. All Constitutions NEVER  gave government SLAVES the power to control their BOSSES. (the PEOPLE, in all essence)

Defined DEMOCRACY. What is it? DEMOCRACY is defined as meaning the majority ruling over the minority, thus making the minority a SLAVE to the  majority. Majority means large right? And minority means small, correct? Ok if we apply this to government, who is the majority in all respects? The people of this country, right? Who is the minority then? If we go back to the definition, the minority are SLAVES, correct? 

Who are the correct SLAVES in government? The politicians or the ones who volunteered to become SLAVES, right? The people, in all respects are the BOSSES or the SLAVE holders, right? 

Then WHY do the BOSSES allow their SLAVES to dictate rules to them, when the BOSSES are the ones supposed to be in control? Have you just volunteered to become the SLAVE'S SLAVE? Seems like that is true. Then you have become a true SLAVE to the ones, who keep control and REMAIN as BOSSES over all SLAVES. You gave up all your SOVEREIGN DECIDER rights to become a SLAVE voluntarily. You have no voice at all, because you gave up your voice, to be decided by the SLAVES that own you, and the BOSSES that own all SLAVES.

I repeat. You as a family member, have the ONLY power over all SLAVES. If you agree to anything sent down by a SLAVE and also agree to follow it, then you have volunteered to become a SLAVE right along with them. The majority hold all the power, and when you agree to follow a SLAVE, then you have lost all of your power. You are now a part of the minority. You have no voice and are not allowed to speak in any family tradition. (exactly as in the AVATAR movie)

I tend to analyze all movies that I watch, and each and every one of them project this same idea. The AVATAR movie projected it, the exact same way as was described above. Everything is originated in the Family, and it is the Family that must rise up and eliminate all enemies to the Family existence. It requires all Families to rise up together to defeat those that try to destroy it and their beliefs. Those Families or CLANS are the only ones who can protect this country and their own worlds from outsiders, (Sky people) who have elected to not belong to that world, but to take it for their own.

Sovereignty K.I.S.S. (Keep It Simple Stupid)

Sovereignty KISS Part 2

Yesterday, we talked about the Sovereign YOU. Today, we will talk about how you will NETWORK your Sovereignty with others and start creating a community, and then go on to explain how that community protects itself from outside interference from any SOURCE.

Source: Source is the subject of authority or false authority. The original beginning of anything. The main reference from which all ideology is created.

You are a Sovereign and as a Sovereign, YOU are your own authority. You are your SOURCE of your own authority.

Authority: Authority is the author or the creator of anything that generates or originates from the mind, from thought, or from any action.

Your authority begins with you. YOU are the only one who knows who you are, what you think, and what you are going to do. You are the planner of all your knowledge, and unless you communicate that knowledge with anyone else, you have got to protect that knowledge by whatever means it requires to keep it safe and secure. If your knowledge is secret, then you only give that knowledge to those you trust explicitly. Any other Source or Authority that interferes with your safe and secure knowledge is trespassing a boundary that you have just created for you and your secure and elite group. That act of Trespass is a criminal act in which YOU have NOT given your permission for anybody else to cross that line. Does this start to sound familiar, now?

Every Sovereign is an authority. As we discussed yesterday, Governments, Corporations, and any other ORGANIZED group can NOT be Sovereign, no matter what they think. ONLY a Human Being can be a Sovereign, since Sovereigns MUST think, plan, decide, and act rationally. No other thing or animal can do that. Governments, Corporations, Companies, Religions, Lawyer Associations, and the like are all created on paper and require a human being to be a SLAVE to it. Remember, Sovereigns are "DECIDERS". No other mammal, except a conscious thinking human being, can make decisions. Mammal animals react to instinct on a fight or flight ideology.

Like yesterday, Sovereignty begins with each human being, so, each human being is the SOURCE of AUTHORITY. You, as a Sovereign, are the author of your existence, and no other Sovereign is exactly like YOU and can NOT make your decisions for you. Every decision that you make, even in the communities of Sovereigns, you make those decisions that will affect YOU directly and other Sovereigns indirectly. Precautions need to be exercised by every Sovereign when dealing with another Sovereign. Every Sovereign can trespass on another Sovereign's boundary by inadvertently not getting permission from that Sovereign.

In order to not trespass onto another Sovereign's boundary, every Sovereign MUST create a treaty or an agreement with another Sovereign. Many Sovereigns have gotten lazy and have put that responsibility off onto someone else to create that treaty or agreement for them.  No true Sovereign can EVER shirk their responsibility for their own safety from any Source, even including those others to whom they have given their responsibility. Once you give up your responsibility to someone else for your own protection, you are no longer Sovereign, but have become a Slave to those others making decisions for you. You have decided that others know more about you than you do, and that is a false ideology. NO ONE knows you better than you do, even in family matters, except once you communicate those ideas to them.

Every Sovereign is a member of a group of Sovereigns, whether they know it or not. Every member of that group, including children, are Sovereign. Everyone in that group makes a decision, and children's decisions are just as important as the adults decisions are. Nobody is excluded in decision making processes, although we, as Sovereigns, give some of our Authority away to other Sovereigns and non-Sovereigns. Giving away SOME AUTHORITY is called DELEGATION of AUTHORITY.

Delegation of Authority: Giving away ONLY a portion of your authority and retaining the ability to get that authority back is called Delegation. Delegation is ONLY temporary and is ONLY allowed by permission from the originating Sovereign. As long as the original Sovereign retains full and final authority then delegation of authority can NOT be reversed and allowed to flush back onto the original SOURCE of AUTHORITY = the Sovereign.

No Sovereign EVER gives away all of their authority to a non-Sovereign at any time.

Non-Sovereign: a non-sovereign is anything or anyone who gives up their Sovereignty to the community while providing service for a private Corporation, Government, or private/public Group. Corporations, Governments, and private/public groups are ALL CREATED on paper in the form of contracts for only those forms or groups. Sovereignty remains inside those boundaries created by those groups and can NEVER cross those boundaries.

Enticing a Sovereign to cross those lines of boundaries of any group is called coercion, deception, and FRAUD. These are criminal acts of non-sovereign entities or groups acting unlawfully outside their established boundaries created on the papers which formed them.  Non-sovereign groups are always of a lower class than a Sovereign. So, anyone who volunteers to become a member of any established paper controlled group loses their Sovereignty, while they remain inside that boundary of that group. No true Sovereign is a member of any group that attempts to control the Sovereign. That control by a non-sovereign is considered to be a foreign entity and is an enemy of the Sovereignty of the human being.

Sovereigns are the creators of every non-sovereign group. So, every Sovereign human being outside that group becomes that groups authority and can decide what those groups can do within their own communities. One exception to that statement is the County Sheriff. The county Sheriff answers to the total amount of Sovereigns in each community in the County he/she was created to protect.

City Governments, State Governments, and Federal Governments are all Corporate entities created to handle the monetary assets of the Sovereigns to other outside non-sovereign entities which deal strictly in money and business. These non-sovereign entities provide services to the Sovereigns and the Sovereign decides whether or not he/she want those services. Non-sovereign services can never force that service onto a True Sovereign, in any form, or at any time. The County Sheriff is the complete filter from those forced services and can reject entry of those services into his county at any time, unless a Sovereign gives him permission for that entry.

The County Sheriff has the DUTY to know the basics of every Sovereign in his/her county and is bound to protect those Sovereigns in his/her county from any Source outside or inside (city governments and Corporations) the Sovereign communities of that county. That means the Sheriff MUST hire or get volunteers within his/her county to help him in his protection of that county. Those hired and those volunteers by the Sheriff are called his/her posse. This posse consist of fully trained law enforcement people and of Sovereign volunteers (also known as Militia) assigned to help the Sheriff to keep the high level of protection of the people or Sovereigns in that county from any enemy Source or controlling force from within or without that county.

Militia: Militia, according to the Founding Fathers (those Sovereigns who created the Federal and State Governments), were ANY able bodied man, woman, or child from the ages of at least 16 (boys were not able to join in the Civil War until they reached the age of 16) to at least 60 with the ability to defend this Country from invasion from within or without.

Within or Without: This definition means inside or outside a specific boundary as defined by Sovereignty or by contract or agreement.

Since Sovereignty is the highest power known (actually known) to human beings of all races and origins, each of the groups, created by a Sovereign, is of a lesser class than is held by the Sovereign. No group, whether it is of government, Corporation, or of any other group under paper creation of a Sovereign, has any more authority to create anything or have any authority over any other Sovereign, other than what a Sovereign at large will give to that creation. Those groups are strictly limited by exactly what the Sovereign provides for them with the writings of a specific contract with each set of groups.

Any paper created group, such as State/Republic Government, Federal Government, or social or Corporate groups only have authority of representing to outside like minded groups (Corporations, State/Republic Governments and Federal/Country Governments) the final authority of its own Sovereigns within its total boundaries, dealing strictly into Commerce. In other words, Corporations can only deal with other Corporations in commerce. State/Republic governments can only deal with other States/Republics when dealing with Commerce between the other States/Republics of the Union of States/Republics. Federal/Country Governments only have authority to deal with other Country Governments with Commerce provided for and entering into the Union of States/Republics of which it represents.

Each of these above groups only have limited authority delegated to them by the Sovereigns, who actually govern their decisions and actions. None of these groups can officially turn their authority back onto the Sovereigns who created them and maintain them, in the first place. That would be exactly like biting the hand that feeds them. When those groups bite the hand that feeds them, then those groups MUST be penalized or eliminated immediately, so no more damage is extended back onto its Master, or the Sovereign creator. Allowing any group to turn on its Master is exactly like the crew of the ship committing mutiny against its Captain or its creator. Any Corporate CEO knows that he/she is the master of his/her company and has the full right to fire those unable or unwilling to follow his/her boundaries, that CEO created from the git-go. The Sovereign is the Master of their own creations, and those creations have NO authority to override its Master, either. (SAME DIFFERENCES)

A Corporation, Government, or other Group is only Sovereign within its own boundaries and has NO authority to step outside those Boundaries or BOXES that they create. They have NO authority to entice or coerce or force any Sovereign to join its group, without a lawful contract being drawn up, stipulating or saying what considerations or RIGHTS that each member has, once they join. Once a Sovereign joins that group and signs a contract for that affiliation, then that Sovereign is bound by those agreements, except when they step out of that BOX, even on a temporary basis. Then the original Sovereignty is given back to that Sovereign for their daily life, and NO other entity can interfere with that life ------ PERIOD.

So, now the question comes back to you. Are YOU Sovereign, or are you a Slave to those you have created or help to maintain as your creation?

  SOVEREIGNTY PART 1

Welcome to this edition of the Rebel Rider Review. What is it that you do not understand about "YOUR" Sovereignty and where did it come from?

Learning about your Sovereignty is technically pretty simple really, but most people make it a complicated issue. People tend to read more into being a Sovereign and apply issues or ideas to their life which doesn't mean anything at all. When it comes to you being your own Sovereign, then only your own decisions for yourself even matter at all.

First, how do you get your Sovereignty in the first place? You have always had your own Sovereignty from the very beginning and just didn't realize it. So, what is Sovereignty and what is necessary for me to continue to be Sovereign, and how does it apply to my everyday life? Okay, let's start with the definition of Sovereignty and then see where that applied to your life and the life you live, even today.

Sovereignty:  Sovereignty is the personal ability to make rational decisions, to think independently, and to act upon those decisions made.

Pretty simple, isn't it? What most people do not realize is that each and every one of them make decisions from rational thoughts that are created in their own minds. This is the beginning of their Sovereignty, but it requires something else. To be a Sovereign any person, or human being, creates a thought or idea in their mind, and rationalizes how that thought or idea can be brought to the reality stage and actually transfers that thought or idea into an everyday activity.

Sovereign: A human being that creates a thought or idea in their minds and brings that thought or idea into reality of "Their" world or environment that they reside.

A Sovereign can not be an animal, a rock, a State or Republic, or a Country. An animal can not make a rational decision. A rock can not make a rational decision. States or Republics can not make rational decisions. A country can not make a rational decision.  Some people will say that a State/Republic or a Country can be Sovereign, but I disagree. States/Republics and Countries are not human beings. States/Republics and Countries are nothing more than locations with drawn up paper contract governments or rules and have no brains or thinking capacity to make decisions on their own independently.

I can hear you saying this now. "Yes, States/Republics and Countries can be sovereign, because there are people or human beings running them." -------- What is the key word or words that you just uttered? ------- Human Beings or people, Right? ---------- Remember, only human beings or people have the ability to create thoughts or ideas and make decisions on those thoughts and ideas. Human beings are the only creatures that can reasonably think and create with their minds and  then react from those thoughts. Without any human being intervention, I challenge any State/Republic or Country to create a thought, make a decision, and then act upon that thought or decision. It can not be done by ANY State/Republic or Country at any time.

Keeping Sovereignty simple is what gives each human being their power. If anyone believes that someone else can have power over them, then they are not Sovereign or have given up their Sovereignty. Sovereignty in a simple sense is a God-given Right or a Right given to human beings by a Supreme Being not fully or entirely known to humans.

Sovereignty starts with the individual human being, as each human being is a "decider" for their own life or lives. That sovereignty then extends to the families of each of them. Even children in those families exercise sovereignty to a certain extent. Sovereignty is the voice of each human being in establishing boundaries which extend to them and with those to whom they associate. The extent of the Sovereignty remains in effect to the point, that sovereignty is lost when a human being voluntarily gives their service to another human being operating under the rules and guidelines as is stipulated in contracts.

Sovereignty is lost when any human being allows power to be given to another human being over them or gives their power over to rules and guidelines written out on paper. Contracts of any sort, including Law, only gain power when a human beings gives permission and follows what is written on that paper. Only those that follow the rules and guidelines written into a contract or law are the only ones who are bound to those rules and laws as it is written. Those ex-Sovereigns only hold power within the written rules and laws, once they follow those written issues and agree to become a part of that written contract.

When a contract member forces their ideology of their contract off onto another Sovereign, then they have violated the customary boundaries created by that Sovereign and/or their families. That is called trespass, and it is the inherent Right of the Sovereign to defend their borders or boundaries by any means available and with more force than is exerted onto them. No Contract or member of a contract has the authority to trespass against another human being's boundaries without suffering dire consequences for such acts. Besides no contract has the ability to move, breathe, think, or consume. Only animals, some plants and human beings have that ability. I have yet to see a contract sit up of its own accord without the help of a human being.

All Sovereigns have all authority over all other Contracts and members of that contract, when the members of the contract step outside the created boundaries of its writings. All members of a contract have lost their Sovereign inherited Rights and have become nearly exactly the contract itself. Those members have lost the ability to think, as the writings of the contract control what is thought, and how that members acts, especially within those borders thus created. Once that member of the contract steps outside that box of borders, then the contract has no further powers and that member is criminally responsible for their actions towards another Sovereign human being and must pay damages for that criminal act. Contracts can not have any power over another human being who has not signed up to be a member of that contract.

A contract can not extend its boundaries except within its own writings, as the contract can not own property or have a definite location. The owner of the property location has all authority over the contract, when the contract is placed inside the physical boundaries of that property. The owner of the property can extend his/her property boundaries by negotiating with the Sovereign of the neighboring property at recognized set rates.

Land or real estate can not re-evaluate itself without manipulation from another human being, BUT the value of the Land remains the same, as no Sovereign or human being can totally own the land, since it was created by someone or something other than themselves. In most cases, this is called Nature, as Nature can create or destroy, at will or when necessary, any land or its inhabitants. Nature remedies all of its ills for it to survive, as needed. If a human being is in Nature's path of cleansing, then Nature will warn that human being to prepare for that danger, by finding shelter or get out of its path. Nature exists through a balance of its own existence. Animals react to Nature by escaping to safer regions, and human beings learn to react through their mistakes, if they live through those mistakes.

So, in essence, Sovereigns rationally think, create plans, decide what is best for themselves, and then act accordingly to those plans and decisions made.
