Well, it has been a while since I had last written anything here, So I guess I had better get going.
Are you a survivalist, a prepper, or an anarchist? Are you really ready to survive or are you just going through the motions? What does it take to become a survivalist or a prepper, as most people believe that both of these terms are synonymous with each other? Actually they can be just as different as night and day, but they can merge to become one too.
Let's define these terms, first off. What is a survivalist? Are you a survivor? Have you lived through a hardship and made it on your own without having to rely on getting things in a regular sort of way? Have you had to improvise just to make your day go by a little easier? Have you had to scrounge for food or go without for even one day? ....... A survivor is one sort or type of being, whether human or of some other mammal species, that has had to do what ever it takes to live and breathe for one more day or many more days, for that matter. A survivor improvises by using what he or she finds along their paths of life to be assured that they can go on even one more day. Many of our homeless people in society are survivors. They go to a food kitchen to eat. They find a shelter of some sort for sleep and even have had to make their own shelters for the night for all kinds of weather.
It doesn't matter if what they find is trash, junk, or any other throw away, that some one else felt was not worth their time keeping. Survivors will find a use for that item and make it useful for them, just to make their life easier to manage. Most people, with some sort of affluence, see these homeless, those survivors, as bums or as a detriment to society. Could you, with your affluence, and if you lost all of that affluence, be able to do what these homeless and survivors do to maintain some sort of life? I really doubt that most could. Most people would be lost in this world. They are so used to being given everything on a proverbial silver platter that they have never had to think about those things, BUT that day may come, and what are THEY going to do?
Even survivalists who have some sort of affluence may not be fully prepared for whatever may come up in the future. Are you going to lay down and die? Probably not, but some who are affluent will figure that they will be on the verge of that, if they are left with nothing of any relevance that they can use to survive. Some so-called survivalists have educated themselves somewhat in their survival skills, but have they really brushed up on what it really takes to survive? Have you got enough wire, enough string or rope or what about that little item you find out on the street? Could you use that for your survival? I assure you a homeless survivor could. There are a lot of so-called survivalists in this country, and in the world, who have not even lived the life of a homeless person and HAD to find a way to survive. If you really want to know how to survive, become a homeless person, even for one week, and learn how to really survive without having to dip into your precious, put away, survival gear. Learn how to survive by taking only what you find in your path of life and make that work, so you survive even for one week at a time. Could you do it? Take the challenge.
Now preppers are another story. These are people who horde away items that they think they will actually need, if the collapse were to come about. I do believe that these people are the most vulnerable, in all respects. How many others actually know you have stored away food items, knick knacks, weaponry (and what kind you have for that matter), where you have everything stored, and is there a back door they may use to join in? These are some of the things that preppers do not think about, when they divulge their knowledge of these things. Who actually eavesdropped on a conversation you had with a close knit friend, about your preppiing ideas? In all respects, do preppers really have everything they need to survive if the sh*t hits the fan, so to speak? Maybe, and maybe they don't. Maybe they need to visit the homeless and become one of them to learn a few tricks of the trade, just in case.
Do you have a bug-out bag? Do you have a bug-out location to go to? How many others actually know about these things that you have prepared to use and go to? Who can you trust as a close confident in these cases? Some of that you would learn after the fact. But some people are like politicians and tell you what you want to hear, before they actually have to experience it for themselves. That is when you find out who you can really trust to have your back when it all comes down to having to do what it really requires to survive.
What is possibly really disturbing is the bug-out locations. Is your bug-out location registered? If it is, then it is a matter of public record, and anybody can get that information before everything goes down in the collapse. Do you think you are safe from your government, if things go south, and they won't come to look you up and see what you have, that they might think they will need? Is your trust in the government so closed minded, that you are not prepared to defend yourself from that invasion?
Do you think the collapse will only have to deal in the money issues? You had better not think that! A total collapse involves not only the money, but the ideology of the government, the chaos that will ensue a few days into the collapse, the total breakdown of society, and whether you are ready to totally defend yourself, if it comes to your living or dying.
It really all comes down to a matter of trust. Can you trust your government to do what is really right for you, or are they only going to do what they think will protect those people in their positions of power? Can you trust your friends, you have had around you, when society was affluent, not only in the ability to get whatever they needed, but also when society didn't worry about and didn't think seriously about, if a total collapse would even occur. Those that didn't care, now really do care about survival, and they will come after that form of survival, that they possibly think you have.
Now let's touch on ANARCHY. Are you an anarchist, or are you now thinking of anarchy, if the government comes after everything, you have got, for their own safety and survival? Is it really for their own survival, or is it only to protect themselves from society at large? That would be the question on anybody's mind when a collapse occurs. Can you read their minds as to what they really want from you, and are you going to lay down and give up to them, all you have, because of your trust for them? What is Anarchy? Anarchy in most minds is total disregard for an ESTABLISHED government, but their definitions leave out the word "Established". In their minds, it is also abandonment from the government, and again they leave out the word "established".
What is an "established government? Most people think of government, whether established or not, as one, they, themselves created. This is not entirely true. Most governments are created by Laws. Most to all Laws are contracts, in all essence. Contracts name the parties involved, the considerations, and the results of that contract. What most people don't know is that contracts are very specific in their details. If Law is a contract then what are the specific details of that contract? Oh, I forgot. A contract requires the signature of all parties or participants of that contract. Laws are signed. Who signed them? If you are not a direct party to that contract, and you follow the considerations of that contract, are you a trespasser of a boundary specifically stated by that law or contract or are you now a user of that contract? If you are given permission to use the Law, then you are a legalized or interpreted user of the contract, without being named as such. In essence, you originally do not have permission to use that contract, and that is how people get into trouble with the law.
Not everything in Law involves any of us, as most to nearly all of us are not signed to that Law, although we think our representatives signed those laws on our behalf. Actually did those Representatives sign for us, or did they do it for themselves and then pass it on off to the rest of us to deal with it? Did the Representative or the committees change even one word in the law, that we allowed our Representative to present for us? Even if one word is changed in the law, then the law is no longer ours and then becomes the law of the Representatives who changed it. Did we give them permission to change the law from what we wanted in the first place? Probably NOT. So, if you do not follow the Law as it was approved and signed (by the Representative and the Governor or President) are you an Anarchist? In their eyes you might be considered that, but how about you? How many of your friends are part of the herd of sheep who follow an errant shepherd leading them on? Are you one of those SHEEP?

NEW LIFESTYLES and NEW SOCIETIES
What is it about Lifestyles that scares you? It shouldn't, as it is your choice to make and nobody is twisting your arm behind your back to force you to belong to it.
Aren't you being forced to live a lifestyle now, that you don't entirely agree with? Do you follow the rules set up by others that don't quite live up to your total expectations? WHY do you put up with following those rules and being forced to follow those rules by the very strong-armed (fully armed) thugs they position around you to make sure you do follow those rules?
Why not become a part of a community or create a community that breaks away out of that confinement? Does it scare you to believe that those THUGS could force you back into their line of sight, over your own?
One of the main ways to prevent THUGS from forcing you to do their bidding, would be to establish your own THUGS to protect your community or Society from that very thing happening to you or your community or Society.
Creating your own community and protecting it from outside invaders is really your responsibility to living a lifestyle, that you prefer to live and living it to the utmost. That's as long as your community does not force any other community outside of your own to be like or compatible to your own. If other communities want to be like or compatible to your community, that is their choice, and they are the ones that need to make that choice, not you.
Allowing other communities to become like or compatible to your community lets those communities to become more agreeable to your design, as then they are not FORCED to become agreeable, if they do not desire to be. They will become your allies faster in this method, than if you force your ideas onto them and make them conform to your way of life.
Our society that we live in now literally forces each and every one of us to CONFORM to their rules, even though we do not agree to their rules totally in the first place. Do you really want to live that lifestyle? I wouldn't and don't if I prefer not to.
That is why I designed and created the iFS (imlay Family Society) and the MFS (Missouri Family Society), and both have been recognized by a Federal entity that controls most to nearly all of the communication of this entire Nation of people. (The USofA) The US Postal Service (USPS) can and will control whether or not you get any written communications through its system, if you use it. This includes Legal documentation. They even follow your instructions (even from your own Treaty that you create) as you have given them. They are a literal servant to the people, if you think about it!
The USPS can even investigate lawful problems, if you bring it to their attention, and they will even implement a Common Law lawsuit from those findings. The USPS can even create a Common Law Court and deal with the LAW that has been overstepped if need be. They even have access to their own law enforcement to protect everything that they need to. These are Federal Marshals and can be used for protecting the Common Law Grand Jury that is created by the people, in all essence. What it simply requires is for those Marshals to be paid upfront or on contingency for their services, that they perform for whoever employs them. (and you, as a human being, are entitled to those services)
The USPS is a Sovereign Entity and so is the Society you create and is recognized by the USPS. Once you are recognized by the USPS you also may or will receive recognition from the UPU (Universal Postal Union in Berne Switzerland), the international Postal Union (another Sovereignty) which controls all of the written communication that travels around the world.
The recognition from the UPU now opens recognition up to 186 countries around the world and allows you access to those countries, as they recognize you from your created Society through Treaty.
The iFS is a private Society Treaty and the MFS is a public/private Society for the Republic where you live, and they both need specific rules written into each of them, so there is no confusion created once implemented. This one of the reasons why I believe the USPS recognized my iFS Treaty within the two week comment period, I created and had written into my iFS Treaty.
One of the mistakes that a lot of people and organizations do that keeps them confined to a lot of the rules which don't mean very much to them is that they register themselves and their organizations (most religions [Mormons especially] are REGISTERED 501c3 Tax Free organizations). This means that those people and those organizations are bound by the rules and regulations established under the US government and its leaders.
Some may say that new governments and monies can not be created under Constitutional law. That may be true, but consider this. US Constitutional law under this clause is the Commerce Clause and applies only to corporations created under this Clause. It does not apply to private Societies or agencies that do not apply to and register as a corporation under the Constitution and its Commerce Rules.
Each and Every private Society can forbid Federal intervention through "Diplomatic Immunity" under this clause in their Treaty, and every step taken by a Diplomat of that Society (all members of a private Society are Diplomats) is considered Sovereign Ground to be protected by the paid law enforcement. (remember every foreign Diplomat had a security perimeter of law enforcement around them everywhere they went?) I guarantee you, every law enforcement officer was paid to protect that Sovereign Diplomat as an assignment. This can be applied to private Societies too, as long as they pay the independent law enforcement for that protection.
Law enforcement is bound by that Contract of Protection that is drawn up. Most street police officers are not familiar with the hierarchical order of their agencies, and the agreements they make. So they are kept uninformed until there is a need to know basis for their participation. Although a lot of those officers will deny this, it is true that most officers are not on the level of the commerce side of their agencies for making their money. They are told in their meetings before going out on to the streets what they are to do, but are left out of the conversations as to their participation to benefit the monetary basis of the agency, for the complete reason for their citation fines they issue. Law Enforcement is a Business Service employed for those who pay for it directly.
A fine is not a payment for service. It is a penalty for not paying for the service in the first place. Law enforcement are paid out of general funds owned basically by the city, the law enforcement is employed by. It doesn't matter if the money is accumulated as taxes from the people, because the city and its corporation now owns that money and they (the human beings running the city) pay that police agency for their protection of service to the City and its Businesses it runs. (City Hall, City Municipal Courts, Commissioners, etc.) It doesn't do the people any good to raise the issue that their money paid for the police, because that money is no longer in their possession to issue out. The people have lost their voice and is no longer paying for the service they so desperately need.
Private Societies can become just like the Cities, and through their creation, can control their protection the same as those cities already receiving that protection.

Welcome to the Meritocracy
Are you ready for the future? If not, what are you gonna do about it? Do you have your step by step plan drawn up and know exactly what path you are gonna walk, or will you wander around aimlessly as you are doing now?
What is scaring you about Meritocracy in combination with Socialism, let alone Meritocracy by itself? Do you understand that you are presently living in a Socialistic Society already and not realize it? Every single individual actually lives in a Socialistic Society called a Family. The Family is literally a social group that operates directly under socialistic values, as they were originally designed. This social group can be merged into the Meritocratic Society and make it work to preciseness.
As some people know, Meritocracy is the form of system that values the merits, talents, and knowledge of the individual as the most highest of value. This value is more valuable than even the script you have in your pocket or even the lack of such. No human life can be replaced for any amount of money. That life has an infinite value as compared to the decreasing value of money, which loses its value every day it remains in existence. Once we, as individuals, can wrap our minds around this ideology, then we will become more aware of just valuable we are to each other and realize that our interactions with each other is essential to our very existence.
The mind is another thing that can not be explained even by those in the scientific fields, who deal directly with known or some unknown facts that surround us. What is the mind? Is it the brain, or is it a function of the brain, and we have not learned exactly what its capabilities truly are? Most people relate the mind with the brain but can not tell you exactly, what it is, or where it is located. Most people have it ingrained that the mind is the brain itself. In all reality, the mind is the function of the physical brain to rationalize, to determine, and make final decisions as to what is truly beneficial for each and every one of us. The mind is fueled by the electrical values and sends so-called electronically transmitted information to various parts of the body to control those functions of the body as needed. These informational pieces of information have been influenced and controlled by outside sources which have no idea as to what is literally going on in the functions of the mind and program those functions to operate exactly as they wish for them to do.
Within the Meritocratic Society, infused with Socialism and the fundamental Rule of "Law of Fairness". each and every one of us, once we become fully aware, can decide and control our own environment where we live and with proper interaction with those others in our Societal environment. Once we all achieve reaching this fundamental plateau and continue building, learning how to get to the next plateau, and then continuing on from there, can we all then realize a BRAND NEW WORLD ORDER which has NEVER been seen before at any time. That is the NEW WORLD ORDER. It is one that has never experienced existence of its sort at any time in the past, present, or even into the immediate future.

*** Holy Grail and YOU! ***
The Holy Grail has been a long sought out elusive dream of a lot of people.
But is it really a dream?
Could it possibly be a fact that everyone just has not come to realize?
Do you know what your Holy Grail is and how to find it?
Is the Holy Grail a reality that all of humanity has had right under their own noses and never really seen?
I thoroughly believe that idea might possibly be exactly what is happening, and people have not awakened to understand, that it is right at the ends of their fingertips and requiring only that they grab onto it.
What is required for you to find out how to discover your own Holy Grail and claim it?
In my opinion, you must be able to think and make a rational decision of your own accord, without any outside interference.
Once you make that decision, then it is up to you to follow up on that decision and do some work to develop your own Holy Grail, into the one thing that you hold SACRED to you.
Until that happens, you will be lost and wandering around in a circle designed by those who do not have your interests at heart.
I have written a small journal (25 page) that explains the history of the Holy Grail and have brought that knowledge up to the present day.
That knowledge is available on a group site, that I own or at least manage, and it is available for a small pittance.
To research this information and gather it all together has taken me a bit of time to do and refine so it can be defined into modern day issues at hand.

Younger Vs Older : Sexually Active
This has been a subject that has always intrigued me and has been brought to my attention again.
Here in the past few weeks I have been frequenting a singles site and have seen the advertisements for dating (especially men over 40 - 60) on that site. Needless to say, this is not the only time I have had an experience along this line and have had some interesting conversations with at least 10 women, between the ages of 17 to 30. Many of these conversations have gone to the length of discussing sex, sexual positions, and sexual preferences, especially with older men.
These younger girls or women have had urges and desires to associate with the older men. This particular group of women, I talked to a few months back, had a specific agenda on their minds. No need to discuss this agenda on this blog, as it tends to become seemingly obvious what that agenda was.
Here recently, I have had younger women approach me on some of the singles sites and even a lot younger women than myself try to contact me on my messenger service. I believe most of these women are searching for non-committal type of sex, with no strings attached. This type of approach has left me a bit befuddled and bewildered as to the end result desired by these women. It could be just that of not requiring a commitment to a full time relationship, or it could be the possibility that these women (and some of them do have children) are looking for a more stable environment to raise a family within.
It seems to me that the younger guys, that many of these women have had relationships with, are game players, in the drug scene and don't want to leave that, or still have not grown up enough to take on the responsibility of the relationship they first got into and now want out of totally. In my day (and I still use the terms), when we were real young, we were always known to be highly energetic and needed an outlet to vent that energy. Children these days are pretty much the same, but a NEW disease was invented to cover that : hence ADHD, and chemical treatments are administered to slow it down.
I believe, if these children are given something to do to occupy their minds and keep them from getting bored, that they would be better able to handle the pressures dealt to them. I also believe that those mothers and even some single women, are looking for an outlet to vent the frustrations they are feeling and/or want a relationship with someone, who is not so much a father figure for the kids but more of a mentor. Most of these kids have fathers, and the fathers do care to a point, and some more than others.
Besides having an outlet for frustrations and mentoring, I believe these women desire a loving and caring relationship which would make them feel more needed. Then to top that off, it could mean a possible added fringe benefit to help stave off the frustration and bring a more healthier attitude towards that relationship. Many women look for more happiness and do wish to have some sort of companionship from someone, they can talk to when times get rough and then remember some of the good times, they had and still can have with someone who shows that they do care. Some women call this romanticism.
I am still trying to figure out what the fad is coming about with the younger women (a lot of them) wanting a relationship with an older man, even on a sexual basis. There are some women on the single's sites who tend to hold onto the idea of dating or hanging out with older or younger men within a 5-10 year age bracket. Some women are looking even beyond that bracket too, at least on the older side. I have my theories about that and am willing to explore those theories with those younger women, if they are game to do it.
I am a firm believer in the exchange of hormonal balances between men and women. I do think, and would like to pursue the theory, that younger women produce a lot of estrogen hormones, and those extra hormones could benefit the older men in contributing to longevity of the species. Older men still produce testosterone which women need in all stages of their lives, and when those women reach the age of 30-40, that level decreases So younger women can give to older men the estrogen they need to regenerate, and the older men can give women the testosterone to bring balance back to them. So it turns out to be a win - win situation for all the ones involved in that endeavor. Or the sexual meeting, so to speak.

Here in the past few weeks I have been frequenting a singles site and have seen the advertisements for dating (especially men over 40 - 60) on that site. Needless to say, this is not the only time I have had an experience along this line and have had some interesting conversations with at least 10 women, between the ages of 17 to 30. Many of these conversations have gone to the length of discussing sex, sexual positions, and sexual preferences, especially with older men.
These younger girls or women have had urges and desires to associate with the older men. This particular group of women, I talked to a few months back, had a specific agenda on their minds. No need to discuss this agenda on this blog, as it tends to become seemingly obvious what that agenda was.
Here recently, I have had younger women approach me on some of the singles sites and even a lot younger women than myself try to contact me on my messenger service. I believe most of these women are searching for non-committal type of sex, with no strings attached. This type of approach has left me a bit befuddled and bewildered as to the end result desired by these women. It could be just that of not requiring a commitment to a full time relationship, or it could be the possibility that these women (and some of them do have children) are looking for a more stable environment to raise a family within.
It seems to me that the younger guys, that many of these women have had relationships with, are game players, in the drug scene and don't want to leave that, or still have not grown up enough to take on the responsibility of the relationship they first got into and now want out of totally. MARTIAL LAW AND HOW TO COUNTER ...... IT
The following blog is a totally personal opinion after doing my own research.
Have you ever been accosted by a police officer, who is nothing more than a private organization or Corporation strong arm?
Do you feel your rights have been violated?
Have you been assaulted by a human being hiding behind a uniform and a badge?
Do officers have the right to defend their so-called rights and not allow you to protect your own?
Do any of these officers realize they are jeopardizing their whole family tree by following illicit orders?
Do any of the officers know they can be sued privately, and their families sued for their actions just to be able to sue the Corporation they work for?
Understandably, police officers are human beings, and they are responsible for what actions they do against any other human being. This counter lawsuit that can be applied to them goes on a public record, and they will forever be listed as a predator against society. This is something that can never be erased from those records, no matter how hard they try to suppress them. When the world finally comes together for this lawsuit, any police officer who follows illicit orders against society will be judged and convicted by the self appointed world court for felony charges leveled against them.
Oath keeper Sheriffs already know this can happen, and I believe that is why they have changed sides and are supporting those being abused by some of their own brotherhood. I believe Sheriff Richard Mack knows this and supports the rights of private citizens and is trying to educate their own brotherhood of Sheriffs and police officers. I do believe that the oath keepers have seen all of the violent actions of their own brotherhood and are in the process of trying to turn those actions around.
Are we being led into a law of Facism, Totaliarianism, and of Corporatism or Corporatcracy? I believe that all of America is being led that way, and too many people are dependent on someone else to protect them other than themselves. So the corporate strong arms have taken it upon themselves to organize society in their own image, just as our Supreme Creator created all of us in his or her own image.
I believe these strong arms have taken the belief that they are our Supreme Creator, and they can make laws to suit themselves. In fact, I believe the Supreme Creator created them just like everyone else was created. So it is my belief that these strong arms are violating the ultimate law governing themselves and thumbing their nose at everyone's Supreme Creator. That is blasphemy. That is an unforgivable sin against the one who created them.
I believe that a few of the strong arms serve Satan, the Great Deceiver, and are oblivious to the consequences Satan will serve to them. Do these strong arms care? I don't believe so, because they are uneducated to what they serve. They have been told they will receive rich rewards for their duty but have never had those rewards defined for them. I believe they have been lied to, and they have bought it hook, line, and sinker.
Will these strong arms receive their just desserts? I believe they will, because the Great Deceiver shall make sure they burn in HELL and receive eternal damnation for their actions. Will these strong arms be able to turn that around? I do believe they can if they are swift in their actions and smite the TRUE enemy of the Supreme Creator.
I believe if those strong arms make the wrong choice, they shall serve their master in total Hell and Damnation, and be tortured forever, because of who they serve. Not only will the strong arms suffer, but their own family tree shall suffer, because they know what was done too, or at least suspect it. I believe the family tree is just as guilty as the perpetrator of the crime against society. So they will also suffer the consequences of total Hell and Damnation and serve the Great Deceiver.

Who Are You?
Are you aware of your surroundings?
When are you going to wake up? When the dollar finally collapses, .... and it will ...., are you going to be ready for those changes that will take place immediately? ....... Will it be, when you get tired of your children continuing to cry and complain about not having anything to eat? ........ Will it be, when the supermarkets no longer present you with enough food on their shelves to feed your family?
Many people are so lackadaisical about their surroundings, that they go on about their lives on a daily basis and think everything will be the same as it was, before the hard times really hit. Most people do not know how to store up foods for themselves just in case a shortage does occur. A lot of people do not even know how to preserve what foods they do now have, so they may have it at a later date and does not go bad on them.
Many of our young people have never learned what it is to go without. Many of our young people have never learned how to save, let alone preserve and store. Many of the young people believe they can go back down to the store and replace whatever it is that they need, .... or use their food stamps to buy with. What will they do when that ability comes to an end for them?
Ignorance of our youth will be the downfall of this great nation. Young people are not interested in saving anything except stupid items that will not serve them, if the economy collapses or the dollar falls and is worthless. This will include the food stamps they now use to claim their so-called free food and WIC vouchers for their babies. All of this will come to an end, if America falls to its lower level.
These young will be the ones who will be crying and begging for their next food handout if America falls to the select few who govern them. Those select few will look down on them and say "sorry but you should have been better prepared". This is true! It is not the responsibility of those select few to provide for anyone else but themselves.
Are you one of those select few? ...... More than likely not, ...... if you have not provided for yourself and family to survive for at least 3 months into the future. If you haven't saved and preserved enough food and water to help you survive for at least three months, then you will be one of the culled. You, who have not prepared, are responsible for your own death and the death of your family. Only you can prevent that from happening.
Too many of the people, especially our young adults, who get by on a day to day basis will be the ones who suffer the most, when the collapse comes. They are not prepared to know what to do if everything stopped dead in its tracks. Those who hustle and bustle daily from home to job or jobs and back home again, will be at a loss for what needs to be done if their jobs ended abruptly. All they know is go to work, come home, sleep, and go back to work.
The ones above are so busy with their financial lives that they do not notice the scarcity of the food occurring right before their very eyes. Most, especially the young adults and their children have no idea where the food comes from in the first place. A lot of people believe that supermarkets magically create and produce the food that is placed on their shelves for other people to buy and eat.
There are a select few who really know that the food in their stores come from off of the land, and that it takes someone else to go and do the manual labor to harvest that food. Most of our young people have no idea what they would have to do to even harvest a land of the food they would need in order to survive. Most do not know how to hunt or trap for their meats or even how to process a beef or hog to provide the steak or ham for a meal on their tables.
Those select few, who govern the rest of us, have no plans and do not wish for you to learn how to do that. ........ If you learned those processes, you would not need them ever again. But you are so complacent to stand idly by and let them provide for you, that you buy and play those stupid idiotic games and movies more than you want to learn. The movies all have a message in them, ..... and have you really seen that message and heeded the warning they present? Probably not, because they are only entertainment for you and numb you to the reality of the world around you.
You are the IGNORANT ONE! ...... You have allowed this to happen to you, and still you wish to do nothing. That is exactly what the ones, who control you, want you to do. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ........ to learn what they have done to you. Are you the solution? ....... NO you are the problem. ...... You can't even figure out how to feed yourself, if everything closed down around you. The select few will let you DIE of starvation, because they do not feel you are worth anything to them. They will treat you exactly like the other cattle they lead to the slaughter, ....... that feeds you.
The only thing that will be of importance in a society that shuts down, will be food and water. If you have not saved up enough of those resources, so you can survive for at least three months, then you will die. Those select few will look down upon you and smile and think in their minds, "yeah more for us". The other thing they will think about is "you deserve to die and get what you get in the end". You have NO worth to them at all.
When the last of the people die, there will be no one around to bury them, and what is left ........ will go to the cattle and vermin of the world to feast on for their survival. Those who suffer have no one to blame but themselves and not many others, will even care about that suffering. Those others will be doing all they can to survive for themselves. ........ They will have no time for you, ........ especially if you are too lazy to do your own work.
Are you prepared for the coming calamity headed your way? Are you well informed and aware, .... or ill informed and aware .... of how to place food on your table when the whole world stops? ...... What if the world stops and the food empties out of the stores? ....... What if gun manufacturers are sold out of their products? (guns and ammo) ....... Can you make a bow and arrow out of the right tree, so it will provide a long season for a hunt for food? Can you process the food you kill, (if you can even learn to kill it) so it can be used for long periods of time, ...... if the supply of animals goes short? ......... Do you know what plants you can eat, what berries and the like you can eat, to survive?
What you learn and retain in knowledge is the most valuable product any person can attain for their survival. ........ No one will come to your aid when things get really bad, and you will have to depend on what you know, to get you out of the predicament you get into. ......... Nobody will give you any value that you think you deserve. You are only worth what you know you are worth, ..... and that will be only valuable to you. Nothing else will matter when it really becomes a "dog eat dog world". .......... And that day is coming, .... whether you believe it or not, ..... and if you are not prepared, .... then so be it. You bring it on yourself. ...... It is your own fault. ......... Even your children must learn this lesson.

Government Corruption and Locking Our Kids in Jail
Courts and Police systems are in complete disarray, and We The American People allow this to happen. When are Americans going to take their heads out of their asses and finally stand up to a government that does not have its interests in mind of the American people? The Right To Publicity
Welcome to the Rebel Rider Review here in the year 2012. As you can see the topic is "The Right to Publicity" or is otherwise known too as "personality rights".
What exactly is "Right to Publicity" or personality rights? These rights really walk hand in hand with the 1st Amendment of the Constitution of The United States of America . Right to Publicity or personality rights are rights of individuals to remain in the private sector and to be left alone. These are also rights in which no other person, government, or organization may use an individual's name, picture, image, demeanor, mannerisms, or voice for any commercial venue. This includes even the venue of the IRS or other government agency from selling an individual's name or registered documents for monetary gain. This also means commerce of any sort without express "Written permission" from the individual himself.
Needless to say, use of the name in legal terms, even in the court systems constitutes a hearsay tort, which is non-admit-able since the individual himself has no first hand knowledge of ownership of that name. The name was not chosen by that person, but was given to them by a third party before consciousness was acquired. Right of Publicity, in this sense, can be applied to the admissibility of birth dates associated with the name, as the individual was told about that too, by a third party. In the interpretive Legal Court System, these are hearsay issues and not admissible, until consent has been given for their use. So as you can see, these issues walk hand in hand together and in conjunction with the 1st Amendment of the Bill of Rights, which were also Creator given and no man can take away.
Right to publicity has been deemed in the courts as a separate entity from registered copyright and registered trademarks. Use under copyright and trademark laws allow usage as long as no detrimental damage comes out of the usage. As long as no significant gain is realized from the usage of the name, picture, image, or voice, then usage is allowed within limits. When significant gains are realized then Right to Publicity does indeed kick in.
If a person's name, picture, image, or voice is used for monetary gain, then the person who was offended may claim all or a fair percentage of the gains monetarily by those offending entities. The main reason for this is, because the offending entities did not ask for permission for the usage and got that permission in writing.
Right to publicity or personality rights are mainly maintained through the separate States (approximately 12- 15 as of this writing) under statutes, torts, common, and civil law. So far nothing has been set up under Federal law, but I would think that apportionment of the law between the states would accommodate that. In other words, Precedent of Law would be relevant in most situations, especially in jury trials. The precedent could then be transferred from one State to another at that point.
As with Sovereignty, the Right to Publishing will have its challenges until more and more people become more familiar with its usage for the benefit of all mankind.

Are You Gullible?
What is the coverup?
I have been perplexed with the amount of disinformation, or so it seems to me, being released to the public on the census taking world wide. It seems to me we are being lied to by those who wish to make us believe that this planet is overpopulated. Maybe it is the fact that all of the devastating information we receive is really over stated on purpose.
I have seen in the media that there have been millions upon millions of deaths of individuals through war efforts, and hundreds of thousands of children dying daily from starvation and disease and war in third world countries. This has been in mainly the last 10-20 years since we have occupied the middle east in this War on Terror, or at least, since we have been involved in being anywhere close to the middle east in the same amount of time.
If there has been all of these lives lost in the last 10-20 years and even right back to the time of the World Wars, estimations of deaths have been put in the millions and still the population estimations have remained at 7 billion. The numbers just don't seem to jive when you start checking them out. Surely, there is NOT millions of babies born every day to accomodate the hundreds of thousands babies and children who die daily. Are we that gullible to believe what could be lies told to us?
At the bombing of Pearl Harbor, we lost 5,000 plus personnel, the Philippines lost an estimated 3 million people at the same time, in WW2 we lost about 100,000 or so and the enemy losses were estimated at nearly millions, let alone the loss of many millions of Jews lives due to Hitler. An estimation of millions of lives lost in tsunamis in the Far East recently, loss of many lives in the earthquake in Japan, earthquakes in the Caribbean, the USA, and several countries around the world have been calculated. How about the millions of lives lost in the Middle East by US hands and hands of the terrorists or extremist leaders of these countries in the last 10 years? Our own law enforcement here have been involved in effecting loss of lives or devastating injuries during protests. Even loss of lives in protests all around the world for that matter.
I am sorry but the numbers are not adding up unless we have mothers fully occupying all of the beds in the hospitals around the US and popping out babies in the hundreds of thousands daily. This phenomenon would have to be going on to sustain the claim of the world population of 7 billion occupation. I think the recorded deaths are not being taken off of the records when deaths occur all around this country, let alone the whole planet, and that is what is keeping the sustaining of the population numbers at the amount it is now. AGAIN, HOW GULLIBLE ARE WE BEING, OR ARE WE JUST PLAIN STUPID? This is politics in motion in my book! LIES to keep the control of the Elite going on, over the rest of the world. TIME TO WAKE UP PEOPLE!
It is literally time for the REVOLUTIONARY COALITIONS to come together and start acting in order to turn things around from the path they are heading down. Do you really think the Elite will give up without a fight and not make it bloody as well? Pacifism may work for the gullible, but for those who are in control, brute power and strength against them is all they understand and worries them. They laugh at the puny pacifist demonstrations from behind their closed doors, and then they get physical in the public arena, just to sustain the control.
How do I know of such issues? I rubbed shoulders with the Democratic and the Republican candidates when I ran for the House of Representatives back in 2002. You know, you hit a nerve, when you watch the candidate's jaws drop, or they started sending you notes to wind up your speech immediately. This has happened with me in a local forum, I spoke in, and brought up the issue of taxation. Taxation in a forum is taboo and is never brought up, especially if it is suspension of taxation. Taxation is the bread and butter of the career politicians. That is their paychecks yearly. As soon as I brought up the idea of suspending taxation of a new company, I received a note on the podium to wind up that talk immediately, from the Democratic candidate sitting next to that podium. Needless to say, the Chamber of Commerce of the area, heard the word and gave a taxation break for the new company of $400,000 for the total year.
Drug awareness and the use of POT for medicinal uses is another taboo, unless brought up by a licensed doctor on the panel. As was the case in 2002, when pot became an issue for legalization. Doctor Schaaf, who was running for the 28th District of the House in Missouri, brought it to the attention of the audience, that pot or THC was already legal and no legislation was needed, as he had used the dispensation of THC in medications for over 10 years in Missouri. So pot or THC legalization is another scam perpetuated by the political factions to keep the divisions ongoing. AND to keep the War on Drugs ongoing with the advent of using law enforcement to keep the control of the population in hand.
These are some of the scams perpetuated by the political movement, and the population is so gullible to believe everything the career politicians tell them. Do you really think politicians have experts back them on their claims of their scams they produce? They literally pay the experts to testify what the politicians want them to tell to the public, when those experts release documentation. So the population has been duped again and again by scam creators (politicians), whom the population believe unerringly.
Do you really think the religious faction and their leaders are so pure too? Jordan Maxwell, a leading researcher in religion, covert, occult (or hidden), and political issues, has stated in the last 45-50 years of his research, that he has found, especially religion, to be one of the most false sources of information provided to the public. He comes right out and states that religion was created by the political factions as a means of controlling the social population, since the political factions was losing their methods of control, at that period of time. Politicians took the pagan religion and twisted the facts around and created a religious organization and belief to bring the people back around under their control again. The Vatican is one of the richest organized religions on the planet, with all of the gold and precious metals and occult items of belief, they display, in their own courtyards.
Let's take the King James Bible for instance. The King James Bible is a rewritten account of the original Egyptian and pagan religions by none other than King James himself of the English Dynasty. When King James found out that he was not going to have a male heir to his throne, he sought to get a divorce from his then Queen/wife, and the Vatican refused to accept it. At this time, King James abdicated from the Catholic religion, rewrote the then accepted version of the bible and started the conversion of the people of England over to Protestantism from Catholicism. This took about 2 generations to accomplish, and it is my opinion, that King James with the rewrite of the Bible, was proclaiming himself as God. England converted from Catholic to Protestant in really no time at all.
If you were to compare the ever popular King James Bible with the original versions of the Catholic account of THEIR recordings, you would find great differences in the writings. The Catholic scribes were some of the first educated, that wrote a history which was read to the people nearly 3500 years ago. Many, of the population at the time, were uneducated and illiterate and depended on what others in authority told them.
Many, in the present world we live in, subscribe to the same premises of being told what they want to know, rather than do the work and research to find out the truth for themselves. They would rather remain lazy and not do the hard work of research to find out the truth and then listen to the false prophets of information for what is proclaimed as the truth. That is why many researchers and providers of information tell you to go do the research yourself, especially if you do not believe what they have to tell you. BUT I think many of the people do not want to know the truth of the matters at hand.
The responsibility of each and every one must be held by each and every one and not shirked off onto to others to do the work for them. When you don't do the work that is required for what you desire, then in my opinion, you deserve the consequences you get. I have done my research and have labored about to find it. I do not stand or wish to be controlled by anyone other than myself, and I do something about it daily to protect myself from that external control.
There is plenty of information and actual footage of information produced, not only by private individuals but also by the media, that if you view it in an open frame of mind, you would see the atrocities perpetuated by those in the Elite controlling factions. As long as you continue to pull the wool back over your own eyes, then you have imprisoned yourself in your own jail cell and will not get out until you see the truth, as it is provided for you. There is a lot of information provided on the internet through You Tube and through viable websites that can and will show you how to get out of the dilemma you are in. The only thing of it is, is that you must do the work yourself for it to be effective. This is one of the other things the Elite do not want you to learn either. The less you know, the better they can control you, with what they tell you. It is your responsibility to find out how to get out, and only you can do it. Then you MUST link up with others to start doing something together to end the Elite's control of the world.
Only when you complete actions against the factions controlling what you do, say, or think, can you ever realize the freedom you really have. Think about this! Are they you, and do they create the thoughts you have in your head, for what you believe is right for you? When you allow someone else to make the rules for how you are supposed to live, then you have succumbed to their wills and wishes and gave up your own rights to what you really want out of life. You have literally become a SLAVE to those who make your rules.
If you are not a direct signatory to the rules and regulations created, then you have no say at all in any of the operations, and the rules can change at the whim of the creator, without your permission. Do you think all legislation in politics are made especially for you? No, not really, because the politicians who make the rules, make them so vague, that they can skate right out of those rules, but use legal issues to force you to follow them. When legal usage of rules are provided, the law in effect has been changed, because what was not written in the law, was added to the law by word of mouth from the lawyers who do interpretation. Legal interpretation of the law is corruption of the law. The law is only enforceable as it is written, and when something has been added to the law, then it has been changed unlawfully through interpretation, not through a lawful legislative process as required by our Constitution. If law is written vaguely, then the law can be only enforced vaguely, and must remain so until changed by legislators or the people themselves, “in toto”. (in toto means “in total” or by all) Nothing can be added or taken away from it, period.
People are so gullible, that they allow those in supposed authority to produce for the people, laws and rules which do not actually pertain to the people specifically, and then allow those authority figures to push them around like rag dolls on a shelf, by using the legalized form of law against the people. Do you follow the law as it is written, because someone told you it is the law, or is your signature on that law, saying you agree to conform? Oh sure the legislators that were appointed by the people make the laws, but do the laws state exactly what you wanted, word for word? Probably not, because legislators manipulated the wording for their own benefit really, and left you holding the bag. AND you bought it, and are buying it hook line and sinker, by following the law that does not really pertain directly to you. Only Treaties and contracts, of which you are a party, can do that.
If you are a party to a Treaty or a contract, then it pertains directly to you, because you have to sign them yourselves, and you control the contents of those items, by inputting what you want into them directly. If you do not agree to the issues provided by the offsetting parties, then you are not liable to those issues, if you do not sign it. If coercion, deception, or fraud are incorporated into the Treaty or Contract, then the Treaty or Contract become invalid for enforcement and may be breached lawfully. You must take responsibility for everything you do and input on any negotiation you make, and only you are liable then. You also take responsibility for full protection of that Treaty or Contract by any means available from trespass.
I have created 2 Family Societies and the second one is going through its transitional stage even now and will be viable January 1, 2012. The first is already viable and recognized, although law enforcement thinks they can circumvent it anytime they wish, until I start handing out the invoices to collect the fines as directed by my own Sovereign Treaty, which has been recognized by the ONLY lawful Sovereigns of this Nation and the World, and those are the United States Post Office, who control all of the communications (legal and private) of this Nation, and the Universal Postal Union, which controls all of the communications (also legal and private) of the entire world. I will be handing those invoices out before the end of the year 2011, and those payments are “Payment on Demand”. My Treaty is very specific and defines terms, preferred courts, specific fines, and specific sentences and prisons for use. This is why the Treaty was recognized so quickly.
If these facilitators of the corruptions of the law think they can get away with what they are doing, they have another think coming. When I am out on the road as a driver or tourist, I am out to make money from whatever source I can derive it from, and if it is them and their fellow facilitators, then so-be-it. (SOBEIT) If they do not meet the requirements of the Treaty, then they are sent to the court of my choice which happens to be the World Criminal Court (WCC or ICC), and the rules are specific for that court to rule in the Treaty. From there they will be sent to a prison, also of my choice, and that is Siberia. At which point, in order to make my money back, I would sell their contract to the Russian Government for a 50% value of the contract. So you see, I will make money no matter what, and I care less who I make it off of.
Mouthpiece lawyers who stick their noses into these contracts are also subject to prosecution along with the judges who corrupt the law. When the Judges and lawyers cross the fine line of public into private, then they come into the world they are not signed to, and trespass. They know the consequences of trespass, and it is not my responsibility to show them where they do wrong. The USPS and UPU found my treaty. Judges and lawyers can do the same, although they do not have the authority for recognition, and are subject to Supreme Law of the Land as expressed under the Treaty, as recognized, mainly because those authorities (so they think) are nothing more than the ministers of The Sovereign. (the main one who appointed them to their positions) This is an example of full protection of Treaty and Contract. If those perpetrators don't believe I would carry out my Treaty, then they can call my bluff and suffer the consequences of the call. They are of no concern to me.

Who Are You?
I have asked this question many times over the past few years, and as I sit back and view what is going on around me, I find many people are so lazy that they continue doing the same old stupid crap they have been doing all their lifetimes. These people are either stupid or so conditioned, that they have no idea or want to learn how to get out of the rut they are in even today.
When I ran for the House of Representatives back in 2002 for Missouri, I went around and talked to a lot of constituents in the district I was running in. I was running on the Independent/Libertarian Ticket, and many of my constituents were of a Democratic belief. When I explained my position to them and how my position would benefit them better, their response was: "well, my family has always been Democratic, and I will continue to vote along that party line." So I felt I was following a losing line, when it came to trying to be elected to a position, I felt I could have made a difference in. I have that same feeling even today, when it comes to the upcoming election bid of Governor I plan to work for.
People are still so stupid, that there are a lot of people who do not want to have very much to do with politics, mainly because they feel it is too complicated, and they do not want to do the work of researching extensively to find out who really is more suited for them in the long run. What most do not realize is that politics has everything to do with what they experience in their daily lives, especially when they bank, go do shopping, or even when they sign any document that has a legal disclaimer (which all of them do) attached to it. So none of these people can ever get away from politics by any means, no matter how much they try.
In this society, which is run by two distinct parties of government (or seem to be), it doesn't matter who you go to the polls to elect into a seat of government. Each party candidate of the two major parties tell you what you want to hear and then go about carrying on the "business as usual" after you put them in position. (except in the National election as those are appointed ahead of time and placed before you, so you think you make the right choice: but you are still choosing their candidate they put before you.) I have heard the comment that even if they do not like who is placed before them, they are voting for the lesser of two evils. Well, if that is your position, then you are still voting for an evil that does not benefit you specifically. You are literally throwing away your vote, but then too, when you are voting for someone placed before you to vote for, then you are still throwing away your vote.
Oh yeah I hear you. 'I didn't throw away my vote', you say, and I say yes you did, because you did not get what you really wanted out of the deal and settled for compromise. You settled for what those who appointed those candidates to pose before you, wanted you to do.You didn't do what you wanted but had to settle for something less than expected. That is no one's fault but your own, and you are to blame for what you get. It doesn't do you any good to blame the candidates, as they were doing their job to dupe you into believing them. Their agenda was sitting on the back burner while you fought amongst yourselves remaining divided, and all of them remained united, because they had the same thing on their mind, even from the different party lines. That was to keep you under their control no matter what! They literally forced you to vote the way they wanted you to vote. AND you fell for it! How Stupid can you be?
Go back over the last 50 years, at least, and you will find that if one party could not get you to believe in them, then the other party took the initiative and got you to go with their way of thinking, and then once they took control, they went back to the "business as usual" path again. AND again, you have fallen for it time and again, and never realized what they were doing in the beginning. They condition you into believing them through repitition, force, coercion, and utter deception, or outright lying to you. BUT our government would never lie to us, so you think. IT HAS AND WILL CONTINUE TO DO SO, until you wake up and actually do something about it. They won't do anything about it, because they created it in the first place. You have been conditioned to not see what they have been doing, because they slammed the door right in your face, and you weren't fast enough to stick your foot in the door to stop it from closing and locking you out.
Until you awaken and start forming coalitions against them and acting, will this never come to an end. This is the REVOLUTION, that they do not want to see you form, to throw them out. BUT you have to re-educate yourself and form new systems of belief at your local and Republic level, and have everyone come together in one group to have the effect of frightening them into exile. AND that's exactly what they would do, is go into exile to save themselves for a future date, if they are allowed to have a future date. The coalitions must hunt them down, no matter where they go and disempower them, so they can not make a come back at any time. This could be physical and bloody, just as the drug cartels have made it, to let them survive, to this day.
The career politicians, that are in office today, are of the same type of cartel, and they will fight back physically to remain in power. Now, who is financing them? You would think you are, but is the money you are throwing at them your money? NO, not really, because your name is not on the piece of paper you give them. The CENTRAL BANK's name is on them, and they own that money. Our Constitution says nothing about financing our government in script or promissory notes. It states the only legal money is coin and coinage. Political Legislators have made laws to effectively jilt you out of the legal binding that they would have to follow with the 16th Amendment, but the IRS code doesn't say anything about Americans needing to finance the government, (I haven't found the exact wording in any of the code) but it does list foreign nationals, foreign corporations working within the USA, and Americans working outside of the possessions of the USA to finance the Commerce of the US though.
Americans in the military and the embassy's get around this ideology of finance or taxation, because the US claims the land that they occupy, outside the possessions, as sovereign ground. So that ground is considered American soil at that point. BUT politicians have duped Americans into believing that they have to pay taxes by telling them they have to and hiding all rules and codes that state otherwise in legalese and codes only they and their lawyer friends understand. Then they FORCE you to finance the extras that they want through those deceptions. Taxation is a ploy of the CENTRAL BANK or Federal Reserve in all essence, and none of the Americans who are not signed as stockholders of the Federal Reserve Corporation has any voice in what the CENTRAL BANK does. BUT the Federal Reserve can and does through the IRS, force most Americans to do the BANK's bidding and pay taxation through the use of local and Republic and independent Law Enforcement. Too many people are afraid to fight back due to the consequences, but what consequences would the BANK suffer, if the people finally won the battle in full force?
The CENTAL BANK would be forced to close its doors and go into hiding, and we could go back to the lawful coinage allowed in our US Constitution. There is a difference between lawful and legal. Lawful is the exact writing of the law and executed as such, and legal is the interpreted and inserted voice or color of the law, that is not written in the law and enforced through political voice. Anything inserted into the law other than what was written is corrupting the law, as it is written. Vagueness of the law is written specifically in the law to allow the loopholes for the politicians to use to get out of the law. BUT the politicians and law enforcement force the people to follow the law by using interpretation and corrupting the law.
2012 IS THE YEAR OF THE "INDEPENDENT/LIBERTARIAN REVOLUTION" and YOU MUST become a large part of it, if we are to take this country back. Only YOU can do this, and YOU MUST become ACTIVE at once. NOW is the TIME not LATER.

Follow The MONEY!!!
The Power Question

Who has all the power in the world? The People? The elected representatives of the People? Or is it the banks, corporations, bond markets, dynastic families, hereditary monarchs and the super rich?
Answer? - FOLLOW THE MONEY. The flow of money is the flow of power. Dollars are the amoral units of power and are overwhelmingly held by the amoral (or indeed immoral) super rich. The closer you are to the money flow, the more you can divert into your own pockets, hence the incredible wealth of bankers. The further you are from the flow, the poorer you are. The public good, merit, morality, fairness, justice and rationality play no part at all in the money flow.
The more dollars you have, the more powerful you are. The fewer you have, the more you become invisible. No one sees you and no one listens to you. You are "power deficient", hence irrelevant. Isn't it time to be seen and heard? Isn't it time for the public good and General Will rather than the private good (of the rich) and Particular Will (of the rich) to shape the power equation and dictate the money flow?
Money is a "proximity phenomenon" - the closer you are to its source, to its flow, the better. So, the rich ENSURE they are in closest proximity, while the ordinary people find themselves very far away. Those who are furthest of all from the money require State hand-outs, charity or must beg. They are held in almost universal contempt, yet their central problem is nothing but being too far from the money flow, and that can happen for all sorts of reasons. African Americans, for example, have never been allowed near the money in any significant numbers, hence have never stood a chance. Jews, on the other hand, went out of their way to be close to the money, and succeeded spectacularly. Most of all, the rich CONTROL who gets near the money. You are permitted to come close only if you're a member of their privileged cartel. The whole system is rigged against you. In a free world, the People, not the rich, not the Zionists and WASP Freemasons, must be in charge of who has proximity to the money.
1% (the rich) command and 99% (the poor) obey. Isn't it time for genuine People Power rather than the fake version served up by dumbocracy? Then the People must take the money of the rich - or we'll be their slaves forever. In this time of global financial meltdown, anyone who does not advocate a vast and unprecedented redistribution of wealth from the rich to the People is an Enemy of the People. Any defence of the rich is an attack on the People.

Free market capitalism has demonstrated that the market controls the economic and hence political agenda. Who and what constitutes the market? What is the market's purpose? Who elected any of the participants in the market? What are the political affiliations of these participants? How wealthy are they? In what way do they express the General Will of the People? Is the market designed to operate in the public good? Do our political leaders have any control over the market? Do they know exactly how the market functions and how it contributes (or not) to the public good? Do they know the identities of all the market participants and their respective agendas? Are they able to inform the People exactly what role the market plays? We all know the answer. Our leaders are clueless. They don't control the market; the market controls them.
The market constitutes an unelected, unaccountable, extra-political entity that nevertheless dominates the political space and can bring down presidents, prime ministers and entire national economies. It can provoke global economic crises and yet governments have ZERO control over it. Don't you find that somewhat odd? How can anyone talk of the people being in charge of the political process if the market dictates government policy? Free markets and democracy are INCOMPATIBLE. You cannot have a democracy if you have a market-controlled economy external to the political process and unaccountable to the electorate.
Democracy likes to trumpet the fact that you can remove unpopular politicians and governments, implying that you get the government you choose, yet there is no mechanism whatever for removing the controllers of the marketplace, the people who run free market capitalism hence the people who actually run democracy. If you can't remove them then you have no power at all and you are at their mercy.
The rich aren't stupid. They gave people democracy because they knew it changed nothing. The market retains all of the real power and THEY are the market. If the rich can't be removed from the market for corruption, greed, the pursuit of naked self-interest and actively acting against the public good then the people have no power. Democracy is a sham. The truth is that the market and its controllers are beyond the reach of the electorate while completely controlling the fate of the electorate. They are outside democracy and yet they run the democratic system. Is that not genius? The legions of dumbed down, manipulated and brainwashed masses who will fight to the death for democracy haven't noticed that their political system is a farce and gives them no power at all. Democracy is simply a disguised plutocracy - rule by the rich - operating via the "sacrosanct", unregulated market where the rich hold all of the cards and the poor have no say.
It need not be like this. "Social" capitalism, as opposed to free market capitalism, is structured to ensure that there are no extra-political entities that dictate to governments and are capable of destroying the economy. Markets must be subordinated to politics, not the other way around. Every element of the political process must be defined (because how can you understand, regulate and control undefined entities) and must be subject to the will of the people; otherwise it's ridiculous to talk of "people power". The market is neither defined nor does it have any connection whatever with the public good.
Who are the authors of free market capitalism? - THE RICH.
Who are the beneficiaries of free market capitalism? - THE RICH.
Who are the controllers of the economic and political agenda? - THE RICH.
WAKE UP! Democracy and its diabolical twin - free market capitalism - must be abolished. It's time for Meritocracy and social capitalism operating in the public good.

What is the single most important fact for you to grasp about the world? It is that whoever controls the money controls everything else. Therefore a political system such as dumbocracy that gives people the vote but gives them no money and no say over the private individuals, private banks and private corporations that control the money is never anything but the illusion of surrendering power to the people. The ancient controlling elites remain the same as ever. As an act of psychological genius, they gave the people the pretence of power while they maintained iron control of actual power. The only reason they agreed to dumbocracy was that they saw how it would deliver up a servile, compliant, docile population who would delude themselves that they were "free" and in charge, hence would never revolt. Freedumb and dumbocracy are the greatest acts of deception ever devised (apart from Abrahamism, that other masterful con that made billions bow to Satan and call him "God"!). They have fooled the dumb masses in every possible way.
If you want a new world with the people in charge then hear this - dumbocracy must be destroyed and the people must take control of the money. Any other suggestions are bullshit and a supreme waste of time. Without control of the money, the people have nothing and are permanently powerless. The formula for true freedom? - follow the money and seize control of it. There shouldn't be a single private bank run by private individuals serving their own agendas on this planet. Once you realise that, the way forward is simplicity itself, but the elites will of course do all in their power to make you dance to their old tunes and reject any New World Order of authentic people power. The entire debate about economics, politics and freedom is reducible to just a single question - who should control the money; the people or a small group of exceptionally rich private individuals unaccountable to the people yet controlling the people? Everything else is propaganda. So, whose side are you on? It's time to choose.

What did Obama do when he got into power? He appointed the same old players, tried the same old politics, and got the same old results! That's democracy for you. Only a madman would keep trying the same old failed formula. Democracy is no longer tenable. It's time for meritocracy.
The top 3 million Americans (1%) own 33% of the nation's wealth - 32 times more than their fair share. (Some estimates put it as high as 42%, and growing.)
The bottom 150 million Americans (50%) own 3% of the country's wealth - 16 times less than their fair share.
The next 149 million Americans (49%) own 64% of the country's wealth - 0.3 times more than their fair share.
In other words, 1% are having a ball, 49% are doing slightly better than OK, and 50% are in hell. Where's the Revolution? How can you treat half of your population like shit in order to allow 1% to live like kings? Why do the 50% tolerate it? It's the 49% who are the accomplices of the elite 1%.
Imagine life as a 100 metres race. 49% of the people are more less at the starting line, but 1% are 32 metres up the track. Their 100 metres race is only 68 metres long! As for 50%, they are 16 metres behind the starting line. They have to run 16 metres before they even join the race. (Many don't get that far: they never start.) Ask yourself a very simple question - who will win this race and who will lose? Is there any doubt? The race is rigged from the beginning.1% are sure to win and 50% are sure to lose. As for the 49%, they need to break every world record imaginable to beat the 1%. they have to be one in a million! Do you fancy those odds? So why are you taking part in this race? Isn't it time for a new race where everyone lines up at the same starting line?
Meritocracy is based on the absolute destruction of the rigged race of life via the introduction of 100% inheritance tax i.e. an overwhelming advantage can no longer be passed on by rich parents to their children. All children, no matter the wealth of their parents, must begin at the same starting line as everyone else. No parent can rig the race. The 1% can no longer dictate the outcome of the race.
Many people claim to be meritocrats but when you mention 100% inheritance tax to them, all of the blood drains from their faces. You know what that means? - THEY'RE NOT MERITOCRATS!
"Democracy" literally means "people power" (demos - people; kratos = power). It was designed to stop rule by the rich elite. Look at "democratic" America. Who runs it? The rich elite - the top 1%!!! Why haven't the dumb "democrats" worked out that the elite have conned them yet again!

Between 2002 and 2007, two-thirds of American gains in wealth flowed to the top 1% of households, and that top 1% held a larger share of income than at any time since 1928, just prior to the Great Crash. In other words, extreme wealth always presages a crash, and the reason is simple - the extreme wealth came about by excessive greed on the part of the top 1%, leading to an unsustainable boom that automatically gives birth to a disastrous bust.
50 million Americans have no healthcare. More than 45 million Americans are on food stamps. More than 24 million can't find a full-time job. 14 million are unemployed.
The degree of inequality in America is on a par with Rwanda - yet America is supposed to be the richest and most powerful country on earth. America has failed, democracy has failed and capitalism has failed.
It's time for a change - and that means an entirely new political vision. MERITOCRACY. Only the irrational would persevere with an utterly failed and discredited political, economic and social system.
