ATHEISM VS CHRISTIANITY: WHICH ONE ARE YOU?

TODAY is definitely the VERY FIRST day of your life.  Let's get this in context. YOU can NOT live yesterday, AGAIN ! IT is GONE, forever. Today starts a brand new edition of YOUR life, as YOU know it, and that is the KEY to the lock that we all put on our lives. Today is November 29th of 2015. It is NOT November 28th. That day is gone, never to be recovered, and can NEVER be relived, AGAIN.

Too many people have this belief, that yesterday is being continued to this very moment, TODAY. WRONG! Today is NOT yesterday and never will be. Everything that happened yesterday will not happen today, in exactly the same way it happened yesterday. Today is a new day and things do not follow the exact same pattern that they did yesterday, because you will not step into the same footstep that you did yesterday, as your footprint WILL change. When you step back into that footprint again, it will expand from the print you left there yesterday, that is physics. Certain forces placed that footprint in the pattern put there, and when you put your foot back into that print you are adding more force which requires an expansion.

As I stated, today is November 29th. I was listening to Glenn Beck of The Blaze and Penn Jillette, an atheist magician discussing our Government, the Constitution, Anarchy, Totalitarianism, Christianity which includes Mormons, and the extremes. These two gentlemen have some valid points to make, but I believe BOTH have overlooked one thing. Each of them believe in individualism, BUT they BOTH believe that certain controls MUST be issued from someone or something that is above the individual, and ENFORCED by that someone or something.

When you allow anyone or anything to control you and your thoughts, then you ARE a slave. YOU are under totalitarian collectivist control, because YOU can not make your own decisions for yourself and take full responsibility for those decisions. Technically, everybody, who follows the jurisdiction of somebody else, is under the power of the collective and not the individual. YOU gave up that RIGHT to being an individual when YOU decided to follow collectivist RULES and REGULATIONS and then ALLOW them to enforce those rules and regulations against YOU.

One of the FIRST things you, as an individualist, must do is make your decision and stick to those guns and defend it to the end. Then you must respect everybody else as an individual and not cross that imaginary line they have drawn in the sand. Once you have crossed that line, then you have joined forces with the collective and are a Slave trying to enforce YOUR "Will" over onto someone else you do not agree with. YOU can never be a MASTER, if YOU do not create the rules and force someone else, or yourself, to follow them. YOU will ALWAYS be a SLAVE.

Let's get back to the Penn and Glenn discussion of just a few months ago. When the program (The Blaze) first began, Glenn needed to show a chart on a blackboard. No problem. I believe, after Glenn explained it a little bit, that it is drawn all wrong, essentially. The Collective of the two Parties of our Government AND the Corporate Media and their "BOX" is in the wrong spot on the chart. Glenn shows it tied directly to certain individuals, and those certain individuals trapped within that box. Anyone inside that "BOX" are a direct part of the collective. They no longer hold any resemblance to individuals, as they are fully controlled by the Collective RULES and REGULATIONS, as set forth by specific individuals who created those rules.

The Collective Box should be located directly in the Totalitarianism locale outside the boundary of the Individualists, as specified by the Chart. Collectivists ARE Totalitarians and their motto is "My Way or the Highway", and are bound by that Theism. Technically, the Constitution is placed just about right, although it totally belongs to the Collectivists, who drew up those rules and ALLOWED the individualist to use them.  In all respect, each individualist SHOULD draw up their own Constitution for themselves and publish it, so everyone else would be on board and know the boundaries set by each and every individualist. Then each and every individualist is bound to those boundaries and rules that they just created. The penalties for "Trespass" would be admissible for each individual.

Let's get into the penalties for crossing that line or boundary just created by every individual. Needless to say, Collectivists are the most abhorrent with their "history" of continued repeat offending, because they will not quit until everyone comes under their Totalitarian Rule. There is only one way to force Collectivists to stop their continued repeat offending. That, in my opinion, is to totally annihilate the Collective and its followers from existence, which would bring about culling the population down to a controllable number. Collectivists KNOW the penalties for "Trespass", as they use those penalties against anyone and everyone who trespasses their rules. So, again in my opinion, Collectivists should be eliminated from existence, the second they cross the line, and if you, as an individualist, are a direct member of that Collective, whether forced to follow or not, then sorry, you are going to be part of that elimination. This essentially will bring about the culling of the population down of the world to the 500 million as the Georgia Stones predict, and could leave the individualist as the controlling power over any other Collectivist that is created.

As an individual, that individual can and should be granted the issue of the "Three Strike Rule". With this rule, each individual would be given the opportunity to learn the boundaries of another individual and allowed to continue in their lives, BUT the third offence would be considered a Collectivist agenda, and a persistent repeat offender, and not tolerated.

Although Corporations (by the way, Religions are corporations, since they are all listed as 501c3 entities [if they are not corporations, then why do they NEED exemptions to taxes?]) are considered Totalitarian Governments within their own boundaries, they leave an out for every employee. Either follow the rules or get out. If you do not leave, then you are subject to their Totalitarian Collective (CEOs and their Board of Directors are collectives [Religions are ALL set up the same way] as they create the rules and enforce them), because you volunteered to work under those rules thus created. Once you, as an individual, force that corporate belief off onto anyone else, then you are a SLAVE to that corporate Collective, BUT you can be re-educated to not live under that Totalitarian Corporatism, created by the Corporate Collective.

Let's get to the religious aspect now. Every single Religion has RULES and Regulations set up to follow. Sure you volunteer to join a religion, BUT YOU can be forced to leave by way of "excommunication" or you can leave on your own. When you are forced to leave, then you are NOT voluntarily involved in that religion, but you had better voluntarily leave, or you will be penalized even worse that being forced to leave. Religion and those of that Collective can violate your personal boundary by crossing it anytime they feel like it, and as long as you do nothing about it, then you suffer the greater loss. Most times you don't get the option to rejoin if you hold onto your own boundaries and stand by them, but if you lose your Rights that you are responsible for, then they will take you back, and you become again a part of that Collective.

There is absolutely NOTHING in the Constitution that proclaims there is a GOD; only a creator, and that might not be a GOD at all. Every single Religion in the World (except paganism, maybe) has nearly every  member of its "clan" believing in an invisible "man" who lives in the sky, but whom NOBODY has ever seen in a physical form. I would believe in an Alien Being first, instead of an invisible man called GOD, and maybe that, Alien Being was OUR creator, in all essence. BUT everyone needs to stop and think. Each and every one of us is made up of water, cells, and bacteria. Exactly as it exists in NATURE. Each and Every one of us have an electrical charge running through our bodies, exactly as every plant and animal existing under the finality of the Law of Nature, and not of some unseen, EVER, entity of a GOD. Nature is unforgiving in some respects, IF YOU do NOT heed its warnings it gives you, and it gives you ample warning to get out of its way. Nature only protects the balance of its existence, and if you are in the way, TOUGH LOVE!

So which one are you? Are you a false prophet Christian who believes in that invisible man who will NEVER manifest himself to you, or are you an individual who believes in a Creator, other than that invisible man someone else TOLD you that existed?

Preamble

Whereas, we the people and direct members of The imlay Family Society, do hereby create and ordain under Supreme Ecclesiastic Law or Law of a Supreme Being, a society of linked together and of connected human beings of like mindedness. All human beings are created equal, having their voices heard and respected from this First day of December of the year 2011 forward. All signed human beings are guaranteed the unalienable individual right of Freedom of Speech, Freedom of Religion or belief system, Freedom of Self Preservation, Freedom to control and manage properties as is decreed by our Creator, Freedom from oppression by any human being, corporation, organizations, or Societies, and Freedom of Sovereignty and making our own decisions.

Whereas, we the people of The imlay Family Society, do hereby recognize the Sovereignty of any other human being and declare our support of those human beings as part of an overall connected society of human beings. All human beings are created by their Supreme Creator and follow the laws of that Supreme Being. No human beings have the right of dominion over any other human being under the laws of our Supreme Being and Divine Creator. All human beings have the only responsibility of dominion over the land, plants, and animals.

Whereas, Law of Man does not overrule or supersede the Law of a Supreme Being at any given time. This is our Declaration of Sovereignty from the rule and Law of Man to the end of all time.

Declaration and Constitution of The imlay Family Society

Whereas, the imlay Family Society is a private society comprised of private individuals, human beings or other private societies, under the iFS Umbrella, governed only by themselves and requiring no outside influence to conduct private business and lifestyle as is seen fit by all members of The imlay Family Society.

Whereas, every member of The imlay Family Society are afforded the independence to decide what is best for themselves and do not influence any other member or non-member of The imlay Family Society to follow in their footsteps. All creations, decisions about those creations, and follow up of decisions of creations are of a personal nature of each member of The imlay Family Society.

Definition: Sovereign and Sovereignty are decision makers and the society of decision makers. The Sovereignty is a complete independent design from all other societies, organizations, governments, and human beings. A Sovereign is a human being who breathes, thinks, consumes, and rationalizes for himself or herself. A sovereign is a male or female human being capable of rational decision making and not influenced directly from outside design from any other source. A Sovereignty is the society of human beings created to link together with like mindedness for the benefit of all other human beings. Another direct definition of a human being is equal to being a person, completely independent from the ideology of a Corporation.

Definition: Corporation. A corporation is a man made created organization by human beings, and has no decision making capabilities of its own volition or ability. A Corporation is created on paper and is designed by human beings as a template of outline for independent decision making used collectively by all human beings as members of that organization. A Corporation is a non living, non breathing, and non thinking entity which is dependent of any human being signed onto or into it, to make the decisions for it. A Corporation is a slave to a human being and is not superior to any other human being. A Corporation is a Contract created by human beings and is subject to human being decision making. Only human beings named and signed to the Contract of a Corporation can make any decisions for that Contract or Corporation. No human being, who is outside of the confines or borders of the Corporation or Contract, can make any decision in or for that Contract or Corporation. A Corporation can never take the position of an individual or a person as its title.

Definition: Law. Law is a written contract of rules, regulations, tenets, ordinances, statutes, orders, and mandates. This written contract applies only to those human beings who created and designed those contracts for their own benefit within the Borders of that contract. Only those human beings, who are named and have affixed their signatures to those documents, are subject to those rules and orders as is specifically stated within those created contracts. No rule or order created within a contract can be imposed or used against any human being who is not named or signed to that contract of Law. Any use of said contract by any member of that contract to interfere with any other contract, without expressed written permission by the members of that other contract, is considered an act of Trespass; a Felony Criminal Action. All contracted Law must have definitions for all terms used and be specific in nature and use names, locations, and dates. All vague law remains vague or unclear.

Definition: Trespass. Trespass is the physical and/or virtual action of a human being doing damage to another human being without the permission of the offended human being. Trespass is the crossing of borders of a contract, property managed, or interference of intellectual human being thinking from any direction, without permission from the offended human being. Whereas, a Corporation can be guilty of trespass by the actions of even one human being within the Corporation, and all members of that Corporation serve the penalty of making restitution for that damage. Whereas, a Corporation committing trespass is equal to all members accepting blame and making restitution to the offended individual. Whereas, a person committing trespass against a Corporation is only guilty of the one action and serves restitution to one entity equal to the Corporation. Example; if a Corporation commits trespass, each member would pay restitution equally as if one person committed the act or equivalent to 50,000 electronic credits from each member. If a person commits the act of trespass against the Corporation, he or she would pay only 50,000 electronic credits to the one entity of the Corporation. Whereas, not all members of a Corporation can be damaged from an act of trespass from one human being, but all members of the Corporation are responsible for any action taken by any member of its entity.

Definition: Crime. A crime is any damage or harm or injury done by a human being or Corporation to another human being, without permission from the offended person. Whereas, all crimes must have a human being victim to seek restitution. Whereas, a Crime is composed of initiatory force, threat of force, coercion, threat of coercion, deception, and fraud by any human being, collective group of human beings within a Corporation, organization, Society, or private group used against any other human being without their expressed written permission, at any time.

Definition: Religion and or Politics. Whereas, Religion is a personal belief system. Whereas, Politics is a personal belief system. Whereas, Religion and Politics are emotion based ideologies and are of a personal and private nature. No one human being can or may force their emotional and personal belief system onto any other human being at any time, without the expressed written permission of the person receiving information about that system. No non-living, non-thinking, Corporation, organization, society, or an other organized group of human beings may force their collective belief system of their group onto any other human being without his or her expressed written permission, at any given time.

Whereas, The imlay Family Society and its open membership are, shall, and will be responsible for all actions committed within and outside the Society. Whereas, all members shall and will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of The imlay Family Society and shall and will protect that integrity, by whatever means is necessary from criminal invasion, criminal trespass, and personal damage and injury of any of its members. Whereas, The imlay Family Society have the responsibility to use any necessary force, including lethal force to protect every member of that Society from the aforementioned criminal actions perpetrated against it. Whereas, two warnings for violations of trespass against any member of The imlay Family Society may be given and immediate defensive action will be used on the third violation of trespass of any sort. Whereas, no member or human being listed as members of The imlay Family Society can be held for criminal actions for defending themselves, and The imlay Family Society, from any criminal action brought to or against the Society or its members.

Whereas, The imlay Family Society is a peaceful loving Society, but if shots cross the bow of The imlay Family Society, or if criminal damage or injury to any member of the imlay Family Society is experienced, no warnings are required, whereas, The imlay Family Society goes into complete defensive mode, and an immediate reaction will ensue to any damage or injury or threat received. Whereas, The imlay Family Society will not tolerate any initiatory force, threat of force, coercion, deception and fraud, or any other attempts of those acts of crime, from any source whether private or public. Whereas, The imlay Family Society converts to a highly offensive nature once defensive measures have been implemented for protection. Whereas, only the imlay Family Society have the authority to determine the nature of offenses committed against it or its members through pure honesty, once documented.

Whereas, The imlay Family Society take full responsibility to design a full protection agency of its Society and membership. The imlay Family Society take full responsibility to defend itself from invasion by physical initiatory force, coercion, deception and fraud, intelligence gathering violations, and any other or covert operations initiated against The imlay Family Society, whether physical or virtual. Full responsible defenses include counter intelligence operations, full extreme counter measures against covert operations, and extreme defense from initiatory force. Whereas, The imlay Family Society have full responsibility to exercise a full defense of its Society, when trespass has been recognized by any member of the Society.

Whereas, The imlay Family Society assumes full authority to itself to organize a fully armed and fully functional militia within its realm. The imlay Family Society militia are fully authorized to enforce all defensive modes of operation against any and all trespasses and criminal actions levied against The imlay Family Society and its membership. Whereas, The imlay Family Society militia have full authority to use any means to effect arrest and holding of any criminal and action levied against the Society. Resistance to arrest shall possibly effect extreme measures to be enforced by The imlay Family Society militia. All Criminal actions against The imlay Family Society shall and will be brought before a Tribunal Court, which is organized and appointed by the membership of The imlay Family Society.

Whereas, only The imlay Family Society have full responsibility to appoint or elect members of The imlay Family Society to effectively serve on the Tribunal Court as overseers of the Laws, regulations, rules, and statutes created by the members of The imlay Family Society. All decisions made by the Tribunal Court shall and will be final and appeals shall and will be rendered through the World Criminal Court or International Criminal Court located in The Hague, Netherlands. Restitution is to be made to The imlay Family Society and shall and will comprise of monetary or electronic reimbursement and/or lawful property transfer* to the Trust* created under the Declaration and/or Constitution of The imlay Family Society. Whereas, the World Criminal Court of the International Criminal Court, upon default of the accused of restitution, shall, will, and must entertain a lottery system of bidding by any international country to buy up the Contract of Default of the accused plaintiff and the physical body of the plaintiff as collateral, upon reception of the highest bid of the winning country. Whereas, the winning country of the Default Contract shall have full control of Contract and plaintiff, until full value of restitution has been received.

Definition: Lawful Property Transfer. Whereas, Lawful property transfer is the lawful transfer of property from holder of said property to the Trust of The imlay Family Society. All lawful transfers of properties shall and will be free of any and all claims against said property by any agency, organization, government, individual human being, or Society making such claims. All lawful claims against any transferred property shall and will revert to the original Contract created by the original parties involved in such Contract, minus the physical claim to property. Any Contract drawn up between original owners of Contract shall and will be amended to exclude any physical claim to property.

Definition: Trust, iFS Trust. Whereas, The iFS Trust is a Foundation created for managing and maintaining contracts, Land Holdings of members, member's personal property, regulations concerning the operation of the Trust, and shall and will include only members of the imlay Family Society as the members and administrators of the iFS Trust. The iFS Trust is essentially a physical and virtual property management foundation to protect member's property, of any sort, from theft, invasion, Fraudulent intent, and deception. The iFS Trust, as it is created, is a Diplomatic Immune Foundation, and all Jurisdiction and Authority is maintained within its Borders for the protection of the members of the imlay Family Society. Any Trespass of those Borders constitutes a direct act of War against the imlay Family Society and its members as signed.

Whereas, restitution for criminal actions against The imlay Family Society shall and will include monetary equivalent claims of 50,000 electronic credits for each individual or human being infraction, criminal action, detention, or trespass committed against The imlay Family Society or its members, by each and any human being. Restitution for criminal actions against The imlay Family Society shall and will include monetary equivalent claims of 500,000 electronic credits for each and any collective infraction, criminal action, detention, or trespass committed against The imlay Family Society or its members, by each and any Corporation, organization, Society, or human being acting as a representative of the aforementioned groups. Whereas, if any human being or Corporation, organization, Society, or human being representing such organizations can not meet the monetary requirements for restitution, lawful property transfer of equal amounts of monetary equivalent value shall and will be accepted and demanded as payments for restitution, by decisions rendered by the iFS Tribunal Court on its demand.

Whereas, if restitution is not met, The World Criminal Court shall and will be instructed to collect restitution at ten times the original owed amounts, when sent to it on appeal. The International Criminal Court or the World Court will receive just compensation for managing the Appeal as requested, for an estimated amount at ten percent (10%) of the required restitution demanded. For example; if original amount is 50,000 (or 500,000) electronic credits and not met in the Tribunal Court and sent to The World Criminal Court on appeal, the amount then reverts to 500,000 (or 5,000,000 , collective) electronic credits for collection payable on demand, with The World Criminal Court receiving 10%. If the monetary equivalent amount demanded or property is not collected by The World Criminal Court, the World Criminal Court shall and will recommend placement into a debtor's prison of its choice, until such time as restitution is met for committed criminal actions, or the International Criminal Court or World Criminal Court shall and will open a lottery Bidding War to re-compensate the restitution as required through Contract. All compensation to or through the World Court or the International Criminal Court will be paid in electronic credits or currency as requested by that Court.

Whereas, any Contract negotiations which have been created and met, and that Contract is broken by breach, constitutes a trespass against The imlay Family Society or its members, who contract independently within and/or without the Society. The imlay Family Society or its members will take full responsibility to meet and keep all Contract negotiations per the written word of the Contract. Whereas, any breach of Contract by any human being, organization, government, Society, or human being representing such organizations shall and will be subject to the terms of the Tribunal Court of The imlay Family Society, and/or the World Criminal Court on appeal. All decisions made by the Tribunal Court of The imlay Family Society and/or the World Criminal Court shall and will be final and enforceable under Contract as created by said Courts.

Purpose and Intent

Whereas,the purpose and intent of this document is to create a viable, visible, and enforceable Sovereign Society to protect the society of The imlay Family Society and its members under the guides of The Law of Nations, Law of Fairness Doctrine, Sovereign Constitution of The United States of America, The Organic Sovereign Bill of Rights of the Constitution of The United States of America, the Organic Sovereign Declaration of Independence of The United States of America, and the Sovereign Constitution of The imlay Family Society.

The further purpose and intent of this document is to establish set boundaries for the protection and efficiency of the imlay Family Society, and to remind all other foreign entities of said boundaries so established. A lawful communications between the imlay Family Society and all other Sovereign Nations of the World is to be so established.

Creation and establishment of the imlay Family Society and Boundaries

Whereas, for the establishment of the imlay Family Society and the ensuing boundaries of said society, we now here proclaim:

The Creation of the imlay Family Society effective as of December 1, 2011 with the boundaries as follows:

Whereas, any and all comments issued for the creation of the Sovereign imlay Family Society may be entered after above date, but are subject to acquiescence of recognition once notice has been served of the existence of said Contract of the imlay Family Society. No members of any society outside the Borders of the imlay Family Society have authority or jurisdiction to change any rules as established by the Sovereignty of the imlay Family Society, without being signed to and adhere to its established rules of creation and operation.

Whereas, no outside entity, Corporation, corporate representative, or individual, not signed to the Contract of the imlay Family Society may Trespass the Diplomatic Borders here and now assigned to the imlay Family Society, without expressed written permission, by any or all members of the iFS. Any such action of Trespass constitutes an International violation of Rules of Operations and is subject to complete restitution, as governed through the International Criminal Court or World Court, located in The Hague, Netherlands.

For the following Boundaries, let it be proclaimed:

The imlay Family Society is hereby now and forever responsible for all actions initiated by its presence and establishment.

No foreign intervention shall be allowed within or without the boundaries of the imlay Family Society of 1000 meters circumference, without specific written permission of the total membership of the imlay Family Society, whether it be one (1) or one million (1,000,000) in membership.

The imlay Family Society hereby claims Ambassador Immunity from all criminal claims from foreign entities, where ever that membership of the imlay Family Society inhabits or travels worldwide. Let it be known, that all members of the imlay Family Society claim Ambassador Status anywhere within or without the established borders and boundaries of The United States of America, where they inhabit or travel or Journey.

Whereas, let it be known that all lawful communications to and from the imlay Family Society is established through the United States Postal Service (USPS), any lawful established communications courier contractors, and the Universal Postal Union (UPU) of the world.

Whereas, let it be known, the imlay Family Society creates its own law enforcement (ie: Society Marshal, and/or Sheriff) of its laws and regulations and deems necessary for the continued safety and operation of the Society. Let it also be known, that if necessary, the imlay Family Society may and can hire outside contractors to enforce the laws and regulations of the Society at the rate of 500 electronic credits per incident per individual hired (U.S. Marshals &/or Border Patrol).

Creation of Laws and Regulations

For the creation of Laws and regulations, let it be known, that only members within the imlay Family Society may create, draft, and organize any and all laws or regulations, which would apply to the community of the imlay Family Society.

For, Only signed members to the imlay Family Society have the guaranteed right to create, draft or organize any and all laws as they pertain to the Society and thus have any voice for amendments to such laws.

For, all laws and regulations may and can be adjudicated by an appointed or elected council of a tribunal court of the imlay Family Society for determination of any crime committed against the laws and regulations of the imlay Family Society and all appeals of the tribunal court are directed to the authority of the World Criminal Court or International Criminal Court, located at The Hague, Netherlands.

a) For, all remedies to criminal actions of initiatory force, force, coercion, trespass, fraud, detainment, deception, and conspiracy, a tribunal court may or can determine guilt of the commission of the felony crime and assess the remedy at 50,000 electronic credits (ec) for an individual and 500,000 ec for a corporate, organization, or representative of such, to be paid on demand of the court in civil matters. All appeals are payable in advance of a ten (10) times increase of demanded remedy. (ie: 500,000 ec = individual to 5,000,000 ec = corporate) Capital crimes of repeated offenses and major conspiracy bring actions of Capital Punishment for said crimes.

b) for, if civil remedies are not met at time of demand, the imlay Family Society reserves the right on appeal to contract with Sovereign Empires through bidding wars for a percentage of the required ec remedy.

For, the winning bid, the Sovereign Empire receives the written contract and criminal to do with as they please, once the agreed to percentage of ec remedy is met.

For, defendant of criminal action convicted of above crimes, may or can use lawful transfer of property to be enacted for the offset of required ec fines as recovery of remedy. (value of property = ec remedy for fine).

For, Defendant MUST make restitution to offended party of criminal action of the imlay Family Society through either remedy on demand or through use of lawful transfer of property to offset electronic currency remedy.

Miltia and Enforcement

For, let it be known, the imlay Family Society here and now creates an organized militia to protect the Society from invasion, organized conspiracies, repeat offenses after initial warning, and excessive force used in criminal trespass.

For, the imlay Family Society militia has full authority to use extreme methods to detain offenders of the imlay Family Society boundary trespasses, conspiracy, or repeated offenses after warnings issued, and use any and all methods and means necessary to effect the protection of said Society.

INTRODUCTION: The core essence of human life is the right of Self-determination. No government, government entity, individual, or group, including religious doctrines has the right to determine how an individual should live his or her life; as long as, the individual’s actions are in accordance with the Law of Fairness and the Laws of Nature. No individual, group, government or government entity has the right or authority to impose their will through the use of deception, threat of deception, threat of force, fraud, coercion, threat of initiated force or initiated force on any individual who has reached the age of reasoning.*

The right of self -determination includes any and all choices that encompass the liberty and freedom of the individual to determine how said individual will procure income, real property, worldly possessions, choice of social compact and happiness; as long as, said individual is abiding by the Law of Fairness and the Laws of Nature.

Stipulation 1: Whereas, any individual, group, or government using deception, threat of deception, fraud, coercion, threat of initiated force, or initiatory force upon another individual, group, government, social compact, or their property or contracts is violating the Law of Fairness and such actions are strictly prohibited.

Stipulation 2: Whereas, any individual, group, government or government entity not abiding by the Law of Fairness will be subject to corrective measures according to the depth and scope of the infringement as adjudicated by the governing body whose jurisdiction includes the location where the infringement occurred. Use of force is justifiable ONLY in the event of the violation of the Law of Fairness by any individual, group, or government or government entity.

Survivalist or Anarchist: Your Choice

Well, it has been a while since I had last written anything here, So I guess I had better get going.

Are you a survivalist, a prepper, or an anarchist? Are you really ready to survive or are you just going through the motions? What does it take to become a survivalist or a prepper, as most people believe that both of these terms are synonymous with each other? Actually they can be just as different as night and day, but they can merge to become one too.

Let's define these terms, first off. What is a survivalist? Are you a survivor? Have you lived through a hardship and made it on your own without having to rely on getting things in a regular sort of way? Have you had to improvise just to make your day go by a little easier? Have you had to scrounge for food or go without for even one day? ....... A survivor is one sort or type of being, whether human or of some other mammal species, that has had to do what ever it takes to live and breathe for one more day or many more days, for that matter. A survivor improvises by using what he or she finds along their paths of life to be assured that they can go on even one more day. Many of our homeless people in society are survivors. They go to a food kitchen to eat. They find a shelter of some sort for sleep and even have had to make their own shelters for the night for all kinds of weather.

It doesn't matter if what they find is trash, junk, or any other throw away, that some one else felt was not worth their time keeping. Survivors will find a use for that item and make it useful for them, just to make their life easier to manage. Most people, with some sort of affluence, see these homeless, those survivors, as bums or as a detriment to society. Could you, with your affluence, and if you lost all of that affluence, be able to do what these homeless and survivors do to maintain some sort of life? I really doubt that most could. Most people would be lost in this world. They are so used to being given everything on a proverbial silver platter that they have never had to think about those things, BUT that day may come, and what are THEY going to do?

Even survivalists who have some sort of affluence may not be fully prepared for whatever may come up in the future. Are you going to lay down and die? Probably not, but some who are affluent will figure that they will be on the verge of that, if they are left with nothing of any relevance that they can use to survive. Some so-called survivalists have educated themselves somewhat in their survival skills, but have they really brushed up on what it really takes to survive? Have you got enough wire, enough string or rope or what about that little item you find out on the street? Could you use that for your survival? I assure you a homeless survivor could. There are a lot of so-called survivalists in this country, and in the world, who have not even lived the life of a homeless person and HAD to find a way to survive. If you really want to know how to survive, become a homeless person, even for one week,  and learn how to really survive without having to dip into your precious, put away, survival gear. Learn how to survive by taking only what you find in your path of life and make that work, so you survive even for one week at a time. Could you do it? Take the challenge.

Now preppers are another story. These are people who horde away items that they think they will actually need, if the collapse were to come about. I do believe that these people are the most vulnerable, in all respects. How many others actually know you have stored away food items, knick knacks, weaponry (and what kind you have for that matter), where you have everything stored, and is there a back door they may use to join in? These are some of the things that preppers do not think about, when they divulge their knowledge of these things. Who actually eavesdropped on a conversation you had with a close knit friend, about your preppiing ideas? In all respects, do preppers really have everything they need to survive if the sh*t hits the fan, so to speak? Maybe, and maybe they don't. Maybe they need to visit the homeless and become one of them to learn a few tricks of the trade, just in case.

Do you have a bug-out bag? Do you have a bug-out location to go to? How many others actually know about these things that you have prepared to use and go to? Who can you trust as a close confident in these cases? Some of that you would learn after the fact. But some people are like politicians and tell you what you want to hear, before they actually have to experience it for themselves. That is when you find out who you can really trust to have your back when it all comes down to having to do what it really requires to survive.

What is possibly really disturbing is the bug-out locations. Is your bug-out location registered? If it is, then it is a matter of public record, and anybody can get that information before everything goes down in the collapse. Do you think you are safe from your government, if things go south, and they won't come to look you up and see what you have, that they might think they will need? Is your trust in the government so closed minded, that you are not prepared to defend yourself from that invasion?

Do you think the collapse will only have to deal in the money issues? You had better not think that! A total collapse involves not only the money, but the ideology of the government, the chaos that will ensue a few days into the collapse, the total breakdown of society, and whether you are ready to totally defend yourself, if it comes to your living or dying.

It really all comes down to a matter of trust. Can you trust your government to do what is really right for you, or are they only going to do what they think will protect those people in their positions of power? Can you trust your friends, you have had around you, when society was affluent, not only in the ability to get whatever they needed, but also when society didn't worry about and didn't think seriously about, if a total collapse would even occur. Those that didn't care, now really do care about survival, and they will come after that form of survival, that they possibly think you have.

Now let's touch on ANARCHY. Are you an anarchist, or are you now thinking of anarchy, if the government comes after everything, you have got, for their own safety and survival? Is it really for their own survival, or is it only to protect themselves from society at large? That would be the question on anybody's mind when a collapse occurs. Can you read their minds as to what they really want from you, and are you going to lay down and give up to them, all you have,  because of your trust for them? What is Anarchy? Anarchy in most minds is total disregard for an ESTABLISHED government, but their definitions leave out the word "Established". In their minds, it is also abandonment from the government, and again they leave out the word "established".

What is an "established government? Most people think of government, whether established or not, as one, they, themselves created. This is not entirely true. Most governments are created by Laws.  Most to all Laws are contracts, in all essence. Contracts name the parties involved, the considerations, and the results of that contract. What most people don't know is that contracts are very specific in their details. If Law is a contract then what are the specific details of that contract? Oh, I forgot. A contract requires the signature of all parties or participants of that contract. Laws are signed. Who signed them? If you are not a direct party to that contract, and you follow the considerations of that contract, are you a trespasser of a boundary specifically stated by that law or contract or are you now a user of that contract? If you are given permission to use the Law, then you are a legalized or interpreted user of the contract, without being named as such. In essence, you originally do not have permission to use that contract, and that is how people get into trouble with the law.

Not everything in Law involves any of us, as most to nearly all of us are not signed to that Law, although we think our representatives signed those laws on our behalf. Actually did those Representatives sign for us, or did they do it for themselves and then pass it on off to the rest of us to deal with it? Did the Representative or the committees change even one word in the law, that we allowed our Representative to present for us? Even if one word is changed in the law, then the law is no longer ours and then becomes the law of the Representatives who changed it. Did we give them permission to change the law from what we wanted in the first place? Probably NOT. So, if you do not follow the Law as it was approved and signed (by the Representative and the Governor or President) are you an Anarchist? In their eyes you might be considered that, but how about you? How many of your friends are part of the herd of sheep who follow an errant shepherd leading them on? Are you one of those SHEEP?

NEW LIFESTYLES and NEW SOCIETIES

What is it about Lifestyles that  scares you? It shouldn't, as it is your choice to make and nobody is twisting your arm behind your back to force you to belong to it.

Aren't you being forced to live a lifestyle now, that you don't entirely agree with? Do you follow the rules set up by others that don't quite live up to your total expectations? WHY do you put up with following those rules and being forced to follow those rules by the very strong-armed (fully armed) thugs they position around you to make sure you do follow those rules?

Why not become a part of a community or create a community that breaks away out of that confinement? Does it scare you to believe that those THUGS could force you back into their line of sight, over your own?

One of the main ways to prevent THUGS from forcing you to do their bidding, would be to establish your own THUGS to protect your community or Society from that very thing happening to you or your community or Society.

Creating your own community and protecting it from outside invaders is really your responsibility to living a lifestyle, that you prefer to live and living it to the utmost.  That's as long as your community does not force any other community outside of your own to be like or compatible to your own. If other communities want to be like or compatible to your community, that is their choice, and they are the ones that need to make that choice, not you.

Allowing other communities to become like or compatible to your community lets those communities to become more agreeable to your design, as then they are not FORCED to become agreeable, if they do not desire to be. They will become your allies faster in this method, than if you force your ideas onto them and make them conform to your way of life.

Our society that we live in now literally forces each and every one of us to CONFORM to their rules, even though we do not agree to their rules totally in the first place. Do you really want to live that lifestyle? I wouldn't and don't if I prefer not to.

That is why I designed and created the iFS (imlay Family Society) and the MFS (Missouri Family Society), and both have been recognized by a Federal entity that controls most to nearly all of the communication of this entire Nation of people. (The USofA) The US Postal Service (USPS) can and will control whether or not you get any written communications through its system, if you use it. This includes Legal documentation. They even follow your instructions (even from your own Treaty that you create) as you have given them. They are a literal servant to the people, if you think about it!

The USPS can even investigate lawful problems, if you bring it to their attention, and they will even implement a Common Law lawsuit from those findings. The USPS can even create a Common Law Court and deal with the LAW that has been overstepped if need be. They even have access to their own law enforcement to protect everything that they need to. These are Federal Marshals and can be used for protecting the Common Law Grand Jury that is created by the people, in all essence. What it simply requires is for those Marshals to be paid upfront or on contingency for their services, that they perform for whoever employs them. (and you, as a human being, are entitled to those services)

The USPS is a Sovereign Entity and so is the Society you create and is recognized by the USPS. Once you are recognized by the USPS you also may or will receive recognition from the UPU (Universal Postal Union in Berne Switzerland), the international Postal Union (another Sovereignty) which controls all of the written communication that travels around the world.


The recognition from the UPU now opens recognition up to 186 countries around the world and allows you access to those countries, as they recognize you from your created Society through Treaty.

The iFS is a private Society Treaty and the MFS is a public/private Society for the Republic where you live, and they both need specific rules written into each of them, so there is no confusion created once implemented. This one of the reasons why I believe the USPS recognized my iFS Treaty within the two week comment period, I created and had written into my iFS Treaty.

One of the mistakes that a lot of people and organizations do that keeps them confined to a lot of the rules which don't mean very much to them is that they register themselves and their organizations (most religions [Mormons especially] are REGISTERED 501c3 Tax Free organizations). This means that those people and those organizations are bound by the rules and regulations established under the US government and its leaders.


Some may say that new governments and monies can not be created under Constitutional law. That may be true, but consider this. US Constitutional law under this clause is the Commerce Clause and applies only to corporations created under this Clause. It does not apply to private Societies or agencies that do not apply to and register as a corporation under the Constitution and its Commerce Rules.

Each and Every private Society can forbid Federal intervention through "Diplomatic Immunity" under this clause in their Treaty, and every step taken by a Diplomat of that Society (all members of a private Society are Diplomats) is considered Sovereign Ground to be protected by the paid law enforcement. (remember every foreign Diplomat had a security perimeter of law enforcement around them everywhere they went?) I guarantee you, every law enforcement officer was paid to protect that Sovereign Diplomat as an assignment. This can be applied to private Societies too, as long as they pay the independent law enforcement for that protection.

Law enforcement is bound by that Contract of Protection that is drawn up. Most street police officers are not familiar with the hierarchical order of their agencies, and the agreements they make. So they are kept uninformed until there is a need to know basis for their participation. Although a lot of those officers will deny this, it is true that most officers are not on the level of the commerce side of their agencies for making their money. They are told in their meetings before going out on to the streets what they are to do, but are left out of the conversations as to their participation to benefit the monetary basis of the agency, for the complete reason for their citation fines they issue. Law Enforcement is a Business Service employed for those who pay for it directly.

A fine is not a payment for service. It is a penalty for not paying for the service in the first place. Law enforcement are paid out of general funds owned basically by the city, the law enforcement is employed by. It doesn't matter if the money is accumulated as taxes from the people, because the city and its corporation now owns that money and they (the human beings running the city) pay that police agency for their protection of service to the City and its Businesses it runs. (City Hall, City Municipal Courts, Commissioners, etc.) It doesn't do the people any good to raise the issue that their money paid for the police, because that money is no longer in their possession to issue out. The people have lost their voice and is no longer paying for the service they so desperately need.

Private Societies can become just like the Cities, and through their creation, can control their protection the same as those cities already receiving that protection.

                                                 Welcome to the Meritocracy

Are you ready for the future? If not, what are you gonna do about it? Do you have your step by step plan drawn up and know exactly what path you are gonna walk, or will you wander around aimlessly as you are doing now?

What is scaring you about Meritocracy in combination with Socialism, let alone Meritocracy by itself? Do you understand that you are presently living in a Socialistic Society already and not realize it? Every single individual actually lives in a Socialistic Society called a Family. The Family is literally a social group that operates directly under socialistic values, as they were originally designed. This social group can be merged into the Meritocratic Society and make it work to preciseness.

As some people know, Meritocracy is the form of system that values the merits, talents, and knowledge of the individual as the most highest of value. This value is more valuable than even the script you have in your pocket or even the lack of such. No human life can be replaced for any amount of money. That life has an infinite value as compared to the decreasing value of money, which loses its value every day it remains in existence. Once we, as individuals, can wrap our minds around this ideology, then we will become more aware of just valuable we are to each other and realize that our interactions with each other is essential to our very existence.

The mind is another thing that can not be explained even by those in the scientific fields, who deal directly with known or some unknown facts that surround us. What is the mind? Is it the brain, or is it a function of the brain, and we have not learned exactly what its capabilities truly are? Most people relate the mind with the brain but can not tell you exactly, what it is, or where it is located. Most people have it ingrained that the mind is the brain itself. In all reality, the mind is the function of the physical brain to rationalize, to determine, and make final decisions as to what is truly beneficial for each and every one of us. The mind is fueled by the electrical values and sends so-called electronically transmitted information to various parts of the body to control those functions of the body as needed. These informational pieces of information have been influenced and controlled by outside sources which have no idea as to what is literally going on in the functions of the mind and program those functions to operate exactly as they wish for them to do.

Within the Meritocratic Society, infused with Socialism and the fundamental Rule of "Law of Fairness". each and every one of us, once we become fully aware, can decide and control our own environment where we live and with proper interaction with those others in our Societal environment. Once we all achieve reaching this fundamental plateau and continue building, learning how to get to the next plateau, and then continuing on from there, can we all then realize a BRAND NEW WORLD ORDER which has NEVER been seen before at any time. That is the NEW WORLD ORDER. It is one that has never experienced existence of its sort at any time in the past, present, or even into the immediate future.

The Holy Grail has been a long sought out elusive dream of a lot of people.
But is it really a dream?
Could it possibly be a fact that everyone just has not come to realize?

I thoroughly believe that idea might possibly be exactly what is happening, and people have not awakened to understand, that it is right at the ends of their fingertips and requiring only that they grab onto it.

What is required for you to find out how to discover your own Holy Grail and claim it?
In my opinion, you must be able to think and make a rational decision of your own accord, without any outside interference.
Once you make that decision, then it is up to you to follow up on that decision and do some work to develop your own Holy Grail, into the one thing that you hold SACRED to you.
Until that happens, you will be lost and wandering around in a circle designed by those who do not have your interests at heart.

To research this information and gather it all together has taken me a bit of time to do and refine so it can be defined into modern day issues at hand.

Younger Vs Older : Sexually Active

This has been a subject that has always intrigued me and has been brought to my attention again.

Here in the past few weeks I have been frequenting a singles site and have seen the advertisements for dating (especially men over 40 - 60) on that site. Needless to say, this is not the only time I have had an experience along this line and have had some interesting conversations with at least 10 women, between the ages of 17 to 30. Many of these conversations have gone to the length of discussing sex, sexual positions, and sexual preferences, especially with older men.

These younger girls or women have had urges and desires to associate with the older men. This particular group of women, I talked to a few months back, had a specific agenda on their minds. No need to discuss this agenda on this blog, as it tends to become seemingly obvious what that agenda was.

Here recently, I have had younger women approach me on some of the singles sites and even a lot younger women than myself try to contact me on my messenger service. I believe most of these women are searching for non-committal type of sex, with no strings attached. This type of approach has left me a bit befuddled  and bewildered as to the end result desired by these women. It could be just that of not requiring a commitment to a full time relationship, or it could be the possibility that these women (and some of them do have children) are looking for a more stable environment to raise a family within.

It seems to me that the younger guys, that many of these women have had relationships with, are game players, in the drug scene and don't want to leave that, or still have not grown up enough to take on the responsibility of the relationship they first got into and now want out of totally. So some of these women are looking for more of a stable relationship, where what children they bring into that relationship, will be nurtured and can learn some of the old forgotten ways to survive.

Unfortunately, many of these children are learning to play video games (the violent ones) at a very young age (some kids I know have started around 5-6) and some of these games could possibly contribute to a juvenile delinquency of these children as they grow up. This could be one of the growing concerns for some of these single mothers and finding it harder and harder to cope. One of the other things that a lot of younger children suffer from is ADHD syndrome. In my day (and I still use the terms), when we were real young, we were always known to be highly energetic and needed an outlet to vent that energy. Children these days are pretty much the same, but a NEW disease was invented to cover that : hence ADHD, and chemical treatments are administered to slow it down.

I believe, if these children are given something to do to occupy their minds and keep them from getting bored, that they would be better able to handle the pressures dealt to them. I also believe that those mothers and even some single women, are looking for an outlet to vent the frustrations they are feeling and/or want a relationship with someone, who is not so much a father figure for the kids but more of a mentor. Most of these kids have fathers, and the fathers do care to a point, and some more than others.

Besides having an outlet for frustrations and mentoring, I believe these women desire a loving and caring relationship which would make them feel more needed. Then to top that off, it could mean a possible added fringe benefit to help stave off the frustration and bring a more healthier attitude towards that relationship. Many women look for more happiness and do wish to have some sort of companionship from someone, they can talk to when times get rough and then remember some of the good times, they had and still can have with someone who shows that they do care. Some women call this romanticism.

I am still trying to figure out what the fad is coming about with the younger women (a lot of them) wanting a relationship with an older man, even on a sexual basis. There are some women on the single's sites who tend to hold onto the idea of dating or hanging out with older or younger men within a 5-10 year age bracket. Some women are looking even beyond that bracket too, at least on the older side. I have my theories about that and am willing to explore those theories with those younger women, if they are game to do it.

I am a firm believer in the exchange of hormonal balances between men and women. I do think, and would like to pursue the theory, that younger women produce a lot of estrogen hormones, and those extra hormones could benefit the older men in contributing to longevity of the species. Older men still produce testosterone which women need in all stages of their lives, and when those women reach the age of 30-40, that level decreases  So younger women can give to older men the estrogen they need to regenerate, and the older men can give women the testosterone to bring balance back to them. So it turns out to be a win - win situation for all the ones involved in that endeavor. Or  the sexual meeting, so to speak.
